Before Maan's marriage he got Geet's email though Dev tried stopping Maan from reading it but Maan was adamant and asked Dev to leave him alone once he read the email his POV of knowing that Aaksha is his child and he had thought that Geet would stop the marriage but instead she ran away

can Maan not see that she was in pain and that's her reason for leaving

so he loves Geet and he knows the baby is his

but was he not in love with Nikita and they are married but seems she too knows that Maan loves Geet

Maan too loves Geet and thinks is love is unrequited. According to his prespective Geet is married to someone else but he knows Aksha is his daughter. All staged Maan's marriage drama to make Geet confess her love then how come he married Nikita !? According to Geet , Maan is happily married to Nikita and his hurt witnessing their talk and presumed that they were romancing each other.
