For people who have creative hobbies like gardening, painting, writing, knitting... this puts them in a good mood and distracts them, thus easing their mind to cope up with reality. Now that's some motivation, ain't it?

Does this mean, dead are dead and they can't suffer anymore... its you and me who are left behind in this world with the suffering of them gone?

it is all how you perceive...
the dead are freed from the sufferings of life and relationships and responsibilities.and if you are alive, then you bound by any of the three...and because we suffer, we are on this earth.
