Yet another amazing update nivi. you come up with such subtleties that makes you feel something warm fuzzing in your stomach. his reaction to the letter; knowing him, I know he is rattled. probably some how, some where during their stay together, something had brewed up in his heart. not love...not of course but may be just care and concern...or may be just "aadat". she was his aadat now. when he had least expected her to do anything, she just left.
and why would she do that? did he think it was her bosom buddy? he sure did notice the flare in ayush's eyes for his wife. does that unsettle him? may be?
when you just even habituated with anything, we don't ever want someone else to eye them, no matter what equation we have. he is trying to hide all that turmoil within himself and it is so visible. the call at night...they spoke nothing about the impending issue but there what was even there to talk? he is the kind of man who wouldn't easily open up and she is the kind of woman who would go off like a hot water geyser the moment it found a crack.
the women specie, as he reckoned came to his life only to leave him. small words, not very descriptive but says so much. that is your prowess as a writer. you are amazing. to say so many things in such laconic way... that can only be you.
now that she is home her family is not going to make it easy. i don't know where this story is heading towards but something tells me that things are going to take a turn from here. their relationship is going to see something new...a new face may be or a new shade of 'whatever they share' and whatever remains between them.
