Both the updates weighed heavy with emotions.

As much as I admire her resilience, I also felt for Geet. Just as she was trying to get her footing back, she was pushed into the pit of uncertainty, disappointment and unworthiness. Although I do not blame Maan for it, I still hate him for doing this to her unconsciously. For not coming clean about his feelings or his past and keeping her on precipice with his care and concern for her and her future.

It pinched me, her soliloquy. Even if those were just thoughts in the spur of the moment, it hurt to see her like that, wanting to end her life for even a fraction of a second. I am glad that she has a friend like Ayush. I am sure, even if he did not possess some strong feelings for her, he would have been by her side just the same. That is one of the reasons I love their friendship.

It gave me some satisfaction to see Maan like that, edgy on not seeing Geet donning the marital symbols. He is affected by her, even if not to a great extent. His trying to seek her attention, noticing her body language, everything spoke of how attuned he has become to her.

The last bit, him pleating her saree and their short conversation had made for a romantic scene had it not been for the prevailing tension. I failed to assess the reason behind Geet's demeanor in all this. Has she really stopped hoping and given up? Is that the reason behind her calmness? Is she actually going to go back to Hoshiarpur like she mentioned in her message to Ayush?

Now that Maan has seen Ayush coming to visit Geet, I really want him to feel the same agony that Geet had felt through the night. Or is he going to stay back citing some reason?
