Ahh! The bittersweet feeling of finally saying that this story has ended... And ended on what a beautiful note!
There were so many things on this journey that I absolutely loved and I think I have pointed them out as and when but what I loved the most was how I could connect with it on so many levels. There were so many feelings, be it Dev Tara or Maan Geet, that I could relate to on very personal levels. Sometimes it felt like my feelings were or even some instances were being mirrored in the story. One such thing in the epilogue was the song. Lady in red. It was dedicated to me by hubby on our wedding day.😳And it has since been added to my favourites.I loved the slow build up of Dev Tara's love story. It was almost soft and soothing as compared to the passionable and fiery Maan Geet love story. And that feeling Tara felt when dev complimented her, so relatable. We, women, are such creatures that we'd be on cloud nine by just a few nice words from the one you love, and they say women are complicated!I can also relate to Maan Geet's part and how they manage to find time for each other amidst the responsibilities of new parenthood. The emotions, the scenes couldn't have been better written. As I've always said, you weave magic into your stories. And for the one final time for this story. Thank you. For reposting and rewriting this story, and for writing it in the first place. My regrets have gone down by a great degree after reading the works I missed.Thank you, Avi! 🤗
^Mari,
Just as soon as I sent the last PM I heard a song and I thought of them right away 😆
Perhaps you would consider putting it in Wired Hearts for me?
Please 😃
Epi 2 - Beautiful epilogue. Missing your dev-tara a lot. I always liked your version of dev-tara, may it be The Locket couple or here. They always left me yearning to read about them more & more. TL dev-tara would be my fav couple.
Tara was jealous of meera whom dev hugged so easily. But she didn't realise that he was keeping himself away from her just b'coss he didn't want to hurt her. and he needed one hint from her. chalo der baad hi sahi akal to aa gayi.
Maan & geet were ultimate couple. When he was taking off his clothes I reminded of Back To You scene where he started getting ready in front of her when he found that she left to the office without him. both scenes were so passionate. Still after so many days I had goosebumps after reading your style of romance bet maan & geet.
I liked the way you pictured their complete family.
Now I am waiting for you to start new story. Take your time.
What happened to your hand? Take care of your health.
