This was technically my first story so you might find many mistakes and the biggest writer's liberty taken at the end of this story , I am sorry so please bear with that 😆

Caged
Maan took her to his lavished apartment. Geet though was happy but was wondering why a man of his stature would marry her just on a pointless allegation which he could have easily escaped . Least did she know how soon all her queries would be answered .On the way , Geet tried to initiate a conversation but he just answered in monosyllables. Geet did not get his weird behavior so she tried to move a little further away from him but he bought her closer not letting her think that she is being tricked.The car stopped in front of a luxurious penthouse apartment.
As soon as they were in the vicinity of the apartment he told her in a grave tone ,"Go in and change into something comfortable ". She never expected such sort of tone from him when in this week he has been proving his love so well. She was too tired to argue so relented and went into the room he pointed to. As soon as she was in the room ,she was shocked to see it was not a bedroom but more like a room for servants and rags were there instead of the comfortable mattresses she was used to sleep .She turned around ,but was startled to see it locked .She shouted ,"Maan please open the door , what sort of joke is this , please I m scared of darkness", but instead of the help she wanted she heard a laugh which sent shivers down her spine and then his cold voice ,"Don't worry my dear its just the start of our happily married life , enjoy for today ",with that she heard the sound of the apartment door opening and closing .
She was not able to understand what is going on , who is this man actually ,has everything done in the past week all a lie ,this is certainly not a joke . Outside Maan ordered his guards to keep an eye on her and not to let her out pretending shes ill . "Now time for other things to settle ", he thought ."I am sorry Geet though I love you but blame your family to bring this misfortune upon you ", giving one final look at his apartment he went to his office thinking of the next step . After an hour he came back and unlocked the door , he went in and cooked food for them ,then he went up to the locked door .
He opened it only to see Geet lying there lifelessly , with tear stricken face and still in her bridal attire . He immediately rushed to her side picked her up and bought her out .He sprinkled some water on her face to get her into senses , as soon as she opened her eyes she pushed him in rage . Maan was shocked at her strength , Geet got up and headed for the apartment door but he was fast enough to pull her back in a jerk . "Let me go , who are you , why are you doing this to me , please let me go ", she pleaded . "You will know everything very soon , don't worry , for now you are weak have the food there ", he replied still in that same indifferent tone . "I am not taking anything from you , I am going to call my brother and I will go to my house ", she retorted . He had a cold calm look on his face his face mirroring that of a devil , "This is now your house and I am your husband , the only family you're going to have now , and defying me won't be very nice for you my dear wife , remember this . You don't want to see my dark side .Now go and eat ".
Having no other choice she took her spot and ate silently . On the other hand , Maan reprimanded himself for being this careless and showing his emotions for her , for a moment he was scared he lost her when he saw her lying like that , but not now not ever he will behave this foolishly . He remembered what he faced and was now focused more on his revenge. Geet had her food and was leaving when he said,"Go to the other room and wait there , dare you show any of your stunts again and trust me you will face the worst ", crying silently she nodded and went to the other room. She did not understand why is she facing all this humiliation from him, this is definitely not what she expected on her first day. After cleaning up , he went in there only to see her sitting like a doll . He decided to humiliate her again so he spoke," Get out of this dirty attire I had enough of this marriage drama , now go and change ", she nodded and was going when he stopped her again ,"And yes remember that in this house you will be nothing more than a maid so get those rags and make a bed on the floor that is where you will sleep ", she was startled at that and looked up to him . He for a moment was almost caught off guard by her , but maintained his cool .
She came back in her night dress which looked more for a school child than a grown up like her ."Why are you doing this to me ?" ,she asked again . "You said you loved me is this the way of showing your love to me , please tell me if I have wronged you anytime I apologize but please don't do this. If its because my brother forced you into this marriage I am sorry I will go away from here ".
Hearing this he turned and held her arms tightly , " You will know everything in time and this what I am making you do is nothing in comparison to what I have suffered , so stop complaining ", and he pushed her harshly leaving her to weep . She understood one thing , that this man is not to be messed with, scared of what the future beholds for her. Maan on the other hand , was torn between his conflicting emotions.
He looked at her shivering form lying on the floor and quietly went up to the cupboard. Then after he was satisfied he went to sleep looking at her. Next morning, he woke up and looked around for her , she was sleeping there on the ground. He covered her last night and also put a pillow and her soft toy for her but he has to clean up before she awakes , a part of him died every minute to make her miserable but the other was indifferent as next was her brother . He was trying to pull the things off her but she awoke at that very moment , surprised to see herself covered with a fluffy blanket and her soft toy with her she looked up to him . He just looked away and said ,"Don't be happy seeing all this you won't be lucky the next time , now wake up and start your chores ."
She woke up and then after getting fresh she went to the kitchen , but she had no idea about the great task called cooking. She don't even know how to boil water . After her mother's death when she was very young, her father and her brother pampered her like a Princess. And after her father died when she was 14, her elder brother took it upon himself the responsibilities of their empire and also fulfilling her needs.All her life maids have been around her but now , she went up to the refrigerator to see what she can do . She saw some eggs there , she went up to the gas and tried to light it up with the help of a lighter but she was unable to do so . Maan smelled something weird then got what it is and ran to the kitchen only to see her trying to put the gas on . He hurriedly went there and put off the gas and turned her to face him . "What the hell are you trying to do burn the house down , don't you even know how to use the lighter ?" he questioned her in rage ."I don't know how to cook ", she mumbled. "What?",He asked."I said I don't know how to cook ? Is it so hard for you to grasp ?", she said annoyed . "Great , so the great princess is unable to cook , so what do you want me to do feed you all day , haven't you learned anything at all ," she was already annoyed and now she started crying . "Don't cry I will cook",he said .
He was leaving for office when he called her,"Come on now give your husband a good bye kiss", He demanded pulling her close. She was shocked, as she was not ready for all this. "I..I was thinking, that w..we could get to know each other a little more before all this", She finished nervously. "Oh really, so you are denying me", He said coldly. "N..No , but I..", She tried again not wanting to make him more angry. She tip toed and tried to kiss him but her face said it all, so he left her. "Forget it", He said going out. He left for office not before warning her again , "Don't even think of escaping, or else..". She did not know what to make of his behavior. Maan was frustrated on being soft to her , he was still lost in thoughts when he heard a knock on the door . "Come in ", he answered regaining his composure .
In came a beautiful young girl which annoyed Maan . "How dare you come in here and who the hell gave you the permission ?", he questioned . The lady only smiled cunningly and went up to him and hugged him forcefully to which he pushed her away , "Oh come on Maan , why are you always behaving this rudely with me you know I love you so much ", she said . "And I hate you so kindly leave Alisha", he said . He did not get why this freak of a lady was this persistent despite him rudely blocking her advances . Alisha knew she has to get some thing this time or else the person controlling her will have her killed , so she tried once again . " Don't tell me you actually love that wife of yours, I am much prettier than her of course ", she said coming to close to him, caressing his cheek .
Maan got annoyed at this and twisted her hand behind her, "Don't you dare try to touch me with your filthy hands .And as for your stupid question, yes I love my wife as shes not a disgusting creature like you to go around with random guys , never ever try to compare my pure wife with the likes of you.Now if you don't want your modeling career to end then kindly leave or else my security will do those honors for you ", he threatened . Alisha knew its now her time to escape so she did but she smirked before leaving she got the shots she came here for enough for her to fill crap in the mind of Geet's brother, "Maan Singh Khurana, you don't even know how I'm going to use these pics against you. I just have to morph them a little and then...". She smirked making her way out of the building.

As for Alisha's character, I could not think of any actresses' face whom I could hate so much to put their face there , so please give your suggestions if you have any, leaving aside these three actresses , Sanaya, Jeniffer, Surbhi Jyoti , apart from these three you can give your suggestions , thank you😃
