He's not liking geet being close to any other man
Not liking her changing her style
She's showing him exactly what he's done to her in past

Geet teaching Maan a lesson at every step yes its true he cannot the past but now he too feels each and every pain that Geet went through

maybe this way he'll become more respectful towards her this way he will never take her for granted again and the most important he himself will soon declare that he killed the baby not Geet

so Geet making him feel these pains is good in a way when both have finally healed then only can they move on together
