A Prey Of A Random Experiment
I came outside from the principal's office discussing something with my father when suddenly a figure caught my attention
Geet(st)- is he...nahi...soon he was out of my sight even out and even out of my mind too as I again shifted my attention towards my father..
I geet handa has recently shifted to Delhi to purse my masters degree from my dream college..after properly setting me in my hostel where I have to spend my next two years my father left to our hometown wishing me best of luck for my future...
really god its feels so great to be here..give me strength to face every hurdle of my life..I closed my eyes to pray when suddenly that face came in front of me due to which I immediately opened my eyes..
Geet(st)- he must be my illusion...geet didn't want to think on that lines so shrugging all the unwanted thoughts she went to bed ...
next day was the first day of geet in her college it went well as expected by geet she made few friends too as the day end..she was moving towards her hostel when suddenly someone blocked her way..initially she was shocked but when she looked at his smiling face, she was surprised... for few seconds she kept looking at him to confirm her doubts
geet?? , don't u remember me??
now her doubts were confirmed...
Geet- tum...
Maan! how can u forget me??, he said..
Geet-no...I was just confirming..she replied with a fake smiling..
Maan-such a small world na..I never thought that we will meet again ...
Geet(st)- why god??why u made this world so small, she cribbed..
Maan waved his hand in front of her to bring her out of her trance..where are u lost??
Geet-no..nowhere?? by the how have u been??
Maan- same like before u tell..
Geet- me too..
suddenly there was pin drop silence for a while as none spoke but soon maan broke the silence asking her about her experience in college, about her studies,etc etc to which Geet politely answered..
Maan- so now we will meet everyday! it is great to get a childhood friend back!
Geet-we were just classmates maan and that too from 8th to 10th class..we were never friends! , Geet stated the fact..
Maan- yes we were never but we can be now..off course if u don't have any problem..shrugging his shoulders he replied..
Geet(st)- same attitude..
soon his phone rang and he answered- yaa baby just coming in a while...
with narrowed eyes Geet looked at him as he finished answering his call...
Maan- she is my current girlfriend.. so where was I ..yes so which we missed in school let's complete it here let's be friends..he forwarded his hand..
Geet(st)- he is same like before ..no harm to be friends.. deciding this they shook hands and became friends!
before he could even say anything his phone again rang..he cursed it and saying bye to Geet he left from there in hurry..seeing his retreating figure Geet thought about him
He is Maan Singh Khurana, basically he was my classmate from 8th to 10th class..and technically my first crush too..actually not mine every girl from our batch had crush on him and i was not an expectation..thanks to his charming and cute look at that age, he still possess them..anyways but soon I got over him thanks to his Casanovic behavior, in eight he had a girlfriend when she left the school he made a new one...in 10th he changed 2 girlfriends in a year..god what kind of boy he was and I think still he is same.. but its good for me I will never fall for this Casanova ! geet thought left towards her hostel ...not having a slightest idea of what future holds for her...
