Days started passing by and maaneet friendship moved steadily with time..they were not the best of friends but still they were quite colloidal with each other..there evening meetings were bit long as compared to before , now sometimes if Maan gets free during lunch time he spends with Geet...
It was one such day when Geet was sitting in one of park, indulge in one of her favorite time pass i.e. reading a novel when suddenly she felt a tap on her right shoulder ,she turned to look back only to discover no one as she turned back to again concentrate in her book ,she heard his voice..he was sitting beside her...
Geet- tum??
Maan- were u expecting anyone else??
Geet- no..
Maan- good!, with that he relaxed himself on bench, rather than taking out his phone and replying to his gf's messages, which he usually do..Geet found his behavior bit different from other days so out of curiosity she asked..
Geet- u seems to be more relaxed today..anything special??
Maan- yes! finally I got rid of that riya! ,taking a sigh of relief he said..
Geet- riya as in ur gf, right??
Maan- wrong my ex gf now!, leaning back he replied!
Geet looked at him in disbelief and said,u r not sad??
Maan- why should I be??
Geet- whenever there is a breakup, people usually gets upset and..but Maan cut her in between..
Maan- my case is different anyways we both were getting bored of each other plus she is too nagging type of gf..so its better to part our ways!, nonchalantly Maan replied...
Geet- may I ask u something??
Maan- yeah go on..
Geet- why are u so causual about ur relationships??
Maan- meaning??.
Geet- don't mind but u change ur girlfriends like u change ur clothes... there is no seriousness from ur side, why??, I mean if u know that one day u will get bored of that girl then why u commit at first place?
Maan- u think so much!! , about ur question I have taken all my girlfriends seriously..but with passing time the spark disappears, then what can I do! , causally he replied..
Geet- how many gfs have u made till now?
Maan- I don't know ...may be more than 10or so...
Geet- for none u felt anything special??
Maan- initially they all were different from each other..like one was too studious other was too causal, then next one was too sensitive and even I was in relationship with a tomboy..so basically u see I have tried all species of girl..but after few days they all turn out to be same..then what's my mistake??
Geet was in shock after hearing his views and replied, u know u r mad!, its sounds like u r doing some experiment with different kind of girls!
Maan- u can say so but the sad part is, results always comes out to be same..no variation!
Geet- Maan u r impossible, if u carry this behavior of urs till long then I'm sure no girl will ever settle with u!
Maan- whatever..who cares about all this right now!, his attitude was still same which angered Geet..her mood was completely spoiled now..she didn't felt like reading again..so irritated with Maan she got up to leave!
Maan- where are u going now??
Geet- I'm leaving!
Maan- why?
Geet closed her eyes in frustration, Geet don't spoil ur mood because of this idiot, let him do whatever he wants to do,u should not care!, she thought and decided to sit back!
seeing her sitting back,Maan asked, so plan changed?
she didn't replied anything, just gave him a hard look and again got back to read her book!
Maan- what r u reading??, he tried peak inside the book..is it some romantic novel??
Geet- no..I don't read that kind of stuffs!, rudely she replied..
Maan- oh..I thought..but Geet cut him in between
Geet- u don't have to think anything about me!
Maan- okay..don't get hyper...by the way u asked so many personal questions, I should also get a chance to ask one..
Geet- what u want to ask??
Maan- do u have a bf??
Geet- no..
Maan- do u ever had a bf??
Geet- why are u asking me this?
Maan- u just answer..
Geet- no..
Maan- why??
Geet- becoz I'm not interested in having !
Maan- lair! every girls want a bf to pamper them, to buy gifts for them
Geet- I'm not like them!.
Maan- seriously??
Geet- I'm damn serious about it! not like u ! she taunted him
Maan- look I agree I change lots of gfs but I don't take advantage of them..I just hang out with them ,spend time with them so that in future when I have to choose a lifepartner , I would exactly know what kind of girl I need...not like u that after getting married with the boy of ur's parents choice , u will get to know him fully and due to society's pressure try to adjust with him !
Geet- whatever!, Geet rolled her eyes
Maan- u might not like my words now but one day when u will face this u will realize how true my words are!
Geet- u seems to be very experience in this department?
Maan- yes because I have live examples in front of me!
Geet- and who are they?.
Maan- my..but he stopped in between..leave that, that's none of ur concern.. I was just trying to throw light on ur upcoming future!
Geet- u don't have to worry about my future!
