when everything was going all happy way, Maan decided to move on to chase his dreams leaving her alone..
even he would not have expected their end to be like this, because it was him who was arranging everything for her, the juice, the dinner..

so, something must have happened after that..may be he realized or came to know something about his parents or their wish that strongly triggered him to take such a decision..

but then he could have talked that with her or thought of the impact of it given her health condition before.

the ending was emotional..it was sad to not see them together..

but the last part about Geet is little ambiguous...also, it is a puzzle as to why he left abruptly when she was the most important person in his life and when he cared for her utmost...

that gives me hopes about their return in the sequel. :)
