My guess is she might have come to knew by any how that this all thing is done by the NT so she might be driving to her house and might meet accident, or she might have been told by naintara that she is not going to live long and she must have got upset and could have agreed this relation thinking she has short life ahead, why cant she fullfill her last wish, what ever way the story is going i am sure NT is related to this rumors and geets decision to admit to media and now she might be heading to either hospital, or NT's house or to get register marriage, whatever the case she might will get attack and will transfer to hospital or will meet accidant and will declare geet dead as she might drawn away in water and people might think she is dead, story is becoming like Bollywood masala film, lage raho munibai...😃
