Part 2 lovely update geet was doing a documentary on armys life she was asking questions and chatting happily full of life having fun in her own bubbly way where an officer got attracted to her maan was the one who have her permission and fell head over heels for her he left his family business for army decided never to marry but the moment he saw geet he couldn't help but fall for her but Mr majnu was scared to talk to her tell abt his feelings scared of rejection

Part 3 lovely update maan practices alot but still couldn't say much he caught up with her trying to think how will he tell abt his feelings when he asked her views abt marriage she dosent want to marry it was never her goal in life maan had an idea how to tackle her marriage issue he dropped her station they exchanged nos maan kissed geet shocking her

Part4 lovely update so maan gathered geets info and returned his home told his mom abt geet and his wish to marry her they were thrilled and happy maan talked geets parents they were hesitant but agreed maan told not to tell geet yet he told her dad that they r good friends and he loves geet he wants to change her view abt life she thinks she can live alone but he wants to make her realise the joys of companionship what she is missing he will make her fall for him and keep her happy geets parents agreed as they now know no one can love geet as maan does

Part 5 lovely update after talking to maan the bigger tasj was to handle geet and make her agree they called her home on pretense of her dad not well geet ran home after spending time with her dad he asked if she likes someone as it's high time she starts to think abt her life as she has to accept the reality she can't be alone for all her life has to marry someone he made geet realise it's imp to have a partner who can be there for her geet thinking and she felt her dad is right there was many times she desires a companion someone to share her life with her sorrow and happiness with she was shocked with reality of what she was running away so after praui g and literally threating her babaji she agreed to marriage

Part 6 lovely update geet was waiting for the guy not knowing it was maan she saw him and in her HP express started her questioning where maan was just smiling and staring at her while his parents happy to see their son smiling when maan shocked geet when he took her parents blessings he intro her to his parents her parents dropped the bomb on her that maan is the guy they chose for her maan talked to geet confessed his feelings also made her understand that he will always be her Friend whether she loves him or not he will always be there for her geet agreed making majnu happy their engagement fixed geet has faith in maan she knows he will never break her heart maan happy to hear and now more confident to make her fall for him

PART 7

next day for both the families flew down with the preparations...it was kept a small function with only the closest family members...maan, his parents his brother's family and geet's parents and geet's brother's family...they kept everything down and hush hush...since geet wasn't the one for hypes and relative social animal...she never really liked her relatives and never really shared an awsmm kind of repo with her cousins...she was respectful but she did not go out of the way or made any effort to talk or mingle with them...since many a times they have poked their noses in her life ...when she wanted to study more...and specially her job and marriage issue...so she asked her parents to keep the engagement a family affair...and her parents agreed as Maan's family had said only their family was to come down for the ritual...so they organised everything at their home,,,..so that the families can relax and bond well in the homely environment...

The day of the engagement

Geet's mother was continuously shouting at her to go to the parlour to get ready...but geet being herself...dressed her way...sober and simple...kept makeup to minimal...only putting the lipgloss and kajal...well getting dressed up was this for her...

In pink she looked so cute and innocent...that her mother put a kala tikka behind her ear...

After some time maan arrived with his parents at geet's place...

Geet's family welcomed them and then the celebrations began...they started down with some light snack servings...

Later the granthi from the gurudwara was called under whose presence maan and geet exchanged the rings...then both the families with the granthi went to the gurudwara close to geet's house to seek the almighty's blessings for their coming future...

After the function formalities both the families came back home had lunch...where maan and geet were made sit together and eat in the same plate...well both were happy...geet letting everything go with the flow and maan enjoying his lady love close to himself...he would throw occasional glances to geet and after getting caught he would wink to her and give up a teasing smile,,...

And geet was also enjoying the attention...and getting herself pampered...

Later the families sat down after the lunche discussing about functions and marriage and geet's father encouraged geet to take maan to her room and show around the house...

Maan and geet after the house tour went towards geet's room/...

Geet wasn't a fairy princess out of some fairy tale...she had a simple room...with one single bed...a study table...her two favourite teddy's resting upon her bed hojo and bojo...and junkyard of books hidden in the underspace of the study table...

And then being the technology freak ..she had a mp3 ipod headsets playstation camera digital photoframe thrown out on her study table and all the wires were a mess...and she was a lazy ass when it came to clean down her room and she did not really expect that she would have to show down her room to maan...so on the entrance to the room the sight that greeted maan was awsmmm ...on her bed was lying her night suit...a clear embarrassment of spongebob print...on the chair of the study table were lying her socks and close by were her sports shoes..

And study table was the heaven of mess since everything was thrown away mercilessly by her as she wasn't able to find her mobile charger...

Maan gave her a look that told i so knew it...geet rushed in and picked up her clothes from the bed and invited maan in the room and have a seat...while geet was doing away with her clothes and the mess on her chair maan gave a whole glace to her room ...and then gave an extra sweet smile to geet ...teasing her about her room...

M: i so knew it ...u don't have to be emabarssed about this geet...actually to tell u i am so happy about this...u are quite normal in this aspect...if you would have been a clean freak ...we would daily have had a competition who is the more tidy one,,..coj i have a v bad habit for cleanliness and putting out things in order and in my very own way of choice,,...but u being such untidy and careless about your room gives me the cleaning and deciding departmemt... and winked at her...

G: ( geet thought maaan was making fun of her so she tried covering up and told...nahi esi baat nahi hai ..i really do very much like cleaning ye to aj it was a bjy day and i was not getting my charger...usi chakar mei all got messed up ...)

M: are baba ...m not taunting or judging you yar...it's ok with me ...and besides ...a home needs to feel homely however tidy or untidy it is ...it has to have a feel of love ...and all i need now in a home to live is u and our love...

G: acha...ooo so sweet... huh..my room my way ... and sticks out her tongue to him

M: come sit besides me here(calls her onto the bed)

And then maan holds her hands

M:u knw i feel like the luckiest person alive...are u happy geet...

G: hmmm...and gives a smile..

M: i have asked mumma papa to fix the marriage date as soon as possible...but if u have second suggestions onto it do let me know...i will talk to them..

G:nahi nahi asi koi baat nahi hai..i am fine with whatever date would be decided...

Then geet's bhabi entered the room telling them they were being asked to come down stairs since the dates were being finalised...

Then both went downstairs...the date was fixed for next mnth...since maan's parents and his elder brother were to leave for America a week after the marriage...

(if i forgot to mention maan's parents were going to live down with maan's elder brother in America since maan had an army job ... and usually kept down bujy)...

Maan and geet then took blessings from their parents once again...later they had tea and then maan's family left for their home...

Precap: a leap to marriage...

And after the marriage there will be season 2 for the ss...
