The Myth

The test of a true myth is that each time u return to it , new insights and interpretations arise.

A saying Or belief Or fact Or superstition Or Myth ... these words play an important part in ppl's life ,, many blindly believe or live their lives on some belief nd myths ,, from d time of d bith of a child to till his/her end some belief never left them ,, those ppl trust a priest who himself a human being nd it's also said that human is a bundle of mistakes ,, then how cn a priest be trusted blindly ? Does a priest's words r more important than an innocent child ? If yes then where is humanity , love , care nd family bonding ? Where r relations nd their warmth ? Where is Truth nd Reality ?

The conversation turned awful for Maan but ended with a satisfactory note ,, he felt relieved opening this truth that he was parted away from sam nd she was going with her parents ,, he went to his class , nd before that called DJ nd asked about vivaan , who was sleeping that time ,, relaxes Maan entered in his class ,, in break he had to take Geet to home ,, rest 3 hrs went well .

There Geet too was in contact with DJ nd DM nd taking all news regarding baby ,, she was physically in class nd trying hard to consentrate in study , but her mind nd heart was with her baby ,, she was waiting for break eagerly ,, this was her 1st day away from baby so feeling very miserable .

When bell rang for break ,, she rushed towards parking nd Maan too followed her ,, they met in d entrance of parking .

Maan : Geet relax baby ,, don't panick ,, r u fine?

Geet: what'll happen to me ? but as a mother I m feeling bad for leaving my baby like this ?

Maan: I talked to DM , he is doing well nd had d milk which u kept in warmer ,, this storing milk idea is fab.

Geet: hope it'll work well for d baby ,, it's 1^st day , don't know how Ma nd DM handled d baby ,, ma is already helpless nd DM is more burdened now .

Maan: sshh,, relaxe,, it's not d burden ,, DM brought up me nd dev ,, I m sure she'll handle well ,, nd DJ cn't move but cn help ,, they'll do better than us ,, Geet elders like to take care kids .. kahaty hei na Asal se sood pyara hota hei...

Geet looked at Maan nd taunted : if u trusted ur elders this much now , then where was this trust earlier ?

Maan hurt : that was d bad phase of my life Geet ,, I m accepting I behaved like a blind , selfish nd fool nd regretting , but requesting u not to hurt urself ,, let me bear d pain of my misdeeds ,, don't spoil ur mood nd be happy .

Geet: don't think about my hurt nd wounds ,, think about u ,, ur lies nd truth cn raise many Qs which r insulting for me too , so better u save urself form them nd one more thing I don't want any talk nd gossips dragging my name ,, Now bear this suffocation nd insult .. mai apne pati ko apna nahi kaha saki aur tum apne bacche ko apna nahi kaha sakty .

Maan kept quiet knowing where she was indicating ? he don't want to drag Sam topic again .

Maan face hung with shame nd guilt ,, now he desired to face d truth in front of all ,, it was not his insult , but it cd make Geet a centre of gossips nd everyone wd ask her many Qs related to their past,, it cd bitter their relation which very hardly was coming on track,, he nodded sadly nd changed d topic .

Maan: hum,, did u meet with prof ?

Geet: hum ,, next week have to submit proj , I m late .

Maan: OK , no prob ,, i'll help u .

Geet: no need i'll do that , u take care of ur study.

Maan: I m doing well nd satisfied with my progress ,, I have time nd will make ur ppt .

Geet: very fast u recovered ,, cool .

Maan: company ka asar hei ,, u brings sunshine in my dark life .

Geet annoyed: dark life or dreamy life , nd d person who is living dejected then how cn that brings sunshine in other life ? u r wrong here mr MK.

Maan sadly: i m saying what i m realising Geet, nd cn't u call me Maan , why this mr MK ?

He parked d car infront of d gate nd geet jumped out nd rushed in withut replying him ,, he followed her leaving a sigh , but next moment flashed a smile seeing her eagerness for baby ,, he too was worried for his baby nd called DM after every hr,, now they had half an hr to take care of their baby ,, he rushed in nd find Geet checking baby who was playing in his pram nd DJ was sitting near him ,, DM was helping nakul to set lunch for Geet nd Maan .

DM: Maan- Geet have lunch beta.

Geet : DM ,, how was milk in warmer ,, didn't turn bad ,, do u checke that before giving vivaan? I was fearing for d milk quality .

DM: that was good Geet , I checked that , nd there is few drops left in bottle ,, u cn check urself .

Maan: Geet if dr suggested this then it'll deffo work ,, calm down .

Geet: I was fearing for turning sour or that cn be set.

DJ: to satisfy, u go nd check .. we keep left over milk to check that how long that cn be stay fine to use.

Geet: huumm,, let me check nd then have store for next few hrs.

DJ& DM :1^st have ur meal beta .

Geet : i'll but this is must.

All sighed ,, Geet checked d milk nd that was quiet good till then ,, satisfied she smiled thinking that now her baby wont suffer for mother feed ,, took her meal fast then ,, Maan cleaned d bottles nd put them to sterilizer ,, in between Geet pumpout nd stored milk for next hrs , nd then Maan nd she left for college ,, they had only an hr in hand for all this ,, Maan proved a big help for Geet ,,he was taking equal pain like Geet nd Geet realized d value of this support for her nd baby.

They attened their rest of classes nd Maan dropped her back at home then went to his office advicing Geet to take some rest,, rest of d day went well for all .

In few days everything settled down well ,, Geet nd Maan doing well in study nd DJ nd DM wr taking care of baby ,, at eve Kabir took d charge to give rest to ladies ,, Maan's life became very busy , but this was d time where he had to prove his responsibilities ,, Geet didn't know that Maan had disclosed d fact of his nd Sam's break up in front of her friends ,, all d students became busy for sem exams nd slowly there was no talks related to Sam her chapter had closed ,, Maan was very relieved , but this truth pinched him deep that he cdn't claim Geet nd his baby openly , even at home too Geet never said that he was Vivaan's dady ,, she didn't stop calling him Mr MK, nd in med pprs Geet was single parent of d baby,, only families knew that he is Vivaan's father .

There sem exams went well nd baby was near two mnth old nd doing well ,, Maan forget every pain when he held his baby in his arms their holidays started nd now he nd geet had ample time to spent with baby ,, DJ plastered removed nd after some physio therapy she started moving well ,, now elders wr enjoying their time with family .
