We have come to the last part of this story 😊thanks a lot for the support!
PART SIX
It is THE MSK's b'day and Geet makes all his favourite dishes.The plan is that Dev will take his bhai out to their favourite restaurant for lunch in the afternoon and then to their favourite place to hangout in,one that they always go to whenever they both are free..By the time they come back , the trio was to come to Maan's place and wait for him and surprise him .
Things go according to plan and Dev makes Maan come with him.Though Maan wants Geet to come along (which makes Dev and NT nervous as their plan can't fail) Geet manages saying she has a mild headache and would like to sleep for a while and that they should have some bro time as it's been long since they went out. Maan asks her to take care and leaves hoping she will be better by the time they came back.
The friends come in the evening and after a while all of them hear Maan's car in the driveway.All lights are switched off. Maan enters and is puzzled to see no lights and asks "Hey Dev power cut hai kya? Par we have generator na? Geet! kahan ho tum? Oh Dev! Geet wasn't well na and now light is also not there oh no !" And before he could continue all lights are turned on and he is momentarily stunned at the sight before him with all shouting 'SURPRISEEE'
And there in front of him stand his most favourite people in this whole wide world- DAdi ,Rini (one gentleman beside her,probably her husband) ,Anu(with a gentleman and a kid ), Vinay,Dev,NT,Annie and of course his Geet . He thinks he is dreaming and pinches Dev who is standing beside him to check if it's real. "Bhaiii Kya kar rahe ho aap?! Aahhh!"
All laugh at that and are happy to see him all surprised
His friends run to him and they have a group hug ,just like old times and Maan finally realises that they are actually here and has happy tears .Seeing him Geet has happy tears too and she thanks god that her plan succeeded . She then asks Dev for the scrap book and all of them gift that to him. Maan is overwhelmed with all this and he is not able to express what he feels.
He finally manages to ask, "How did this even happen?!"
And then all take turns to explain how Geet made it happen-starting from Dev ,NT (about the initial plan) Anu(about how they got her number from Radhika),Rini(about how Anu called her),Vinay(about how Geet bhabhi's friend Ramesh got his number) and Dev about Geet's plan to take him out the whole afternoon so that they can execute the surprise properly.
Maan couldnt describe what he felt at the moment when he sees Geet standing there with a broad smile, looking at him trying to digest all this information at once, but he was sure it wasn't just friendship.He was reminded of all the moments they shared together right from their marriage ,how she took care of all his and his family's needs and was always there whenever he needed her,all their eyelocks and now how she managed to fulfill even that one missing thing in his life-his friends Rini,Anu and Vinay ! He realises that he actually fell in love with his selfless Geet ..😊
He gets up and slowly goes to her and says "I really don't know what I did to get you in my life.. You have always been there for me and I am sure you will continue to be there. I promise you from now that I will fulfill every small wish of yours and keep u happy always. I love you Geet and thankyou for such a wonderful surprise. This is by far my most memorable birthday" .
Geet is overwhelmed to hear that her Maan loves her and has happy tears .She wants this moment to last forever. She says "I love you too Maan ,always have and always will.. Happy birthday"..and they hug each other.
All friends whistle and cheer for them as they are happy that Maan has found such a lovely wife .
Maan then talks to his friends,their spouses ,plays with Anu's kid for a while and they all take a big group pic and lots of selfies😃
Rini: "Guys you know what? I am reminded of the movie 3 idiots when I think of us. Atleast there, Aamir Khan was a scientist and its okay if people dont know him by face and so his friends not knowing it was him was acceptable but here,this Maan guy is a celebrity with all the 'Young CEO 'awards every year in the fashion world and still we managed to not notice that till now . We are the real 3 idiots!"😆
All laugh at that and they continue to have one wonderful evening,all thanks to Geet 😊
And this is how Maan and Dev vowed to stay in touch with their friends forever from now and not to let go of the wonderful opportunity that Geet created for them.
Maan and Geet start their new phase of being lovers from best friends and all live happily ever after 😊
