Part 3

Maan fed the last morsel of food and then he continued his work asking her to go in her room to sleep.. She nodded and got up and went to her room.. It was almost two hours maan was completing his work and she was turning and tossing on her bed.. It was him who always puts her on bed.. She was used to his soft peck on her forehead and the caress on her hair.. His small gestures reminds her of the time which they spend together and now he was taking care of her..
Their childhood a beautiful phase..
A smile formed on her lips and she finally got up from the bed and took her soft teddy in her arms.. This was her companion who always help her to sleep.. She Still miss her all friends but she didn't complaint , she knew that he was here for work and she will not disturb him.. She promised him , just like every time she assure him..
Geet : chalo toffee we will Go and wait for him.. You know na I can't sleep without him.. She said ever so cutely to her soft toy whom she named toffee .. Well it was maan suggested ..

Past

It was a week that she was getting well along with him.. He was looking after her as a responsibility nothing much.. He didn't knew who was she.. But the day she said that she loves him broke something in him..

Geet was sleeping with the tear drops on her face.. She had been crying from the time he had met her.. She was saying something and he didn't know what to say how to react.. She was lying on her stomach and crying..
Maan came with the food and called her..
Maan : listen...
But she ignored him.. She started to cry with much more intensity.. Making him angry..
Maan : stop.. Agar ab royi na.. He kept the plate on the side table .. He doesn't know who was she.. She just crashed in his life the day he landed in Darjeeling for the project.. And it was now difficult for him to handle her..
She huffed as she found herself in his arms.. His grip was hurting her soft skin and she show her angry almond eyes to him and he knew that nothing can be done.. He was caught in a mess and he need to find her whereabouts before anything went wrong..
Geet : you always keep on shouting on me.. Meine aisa kya kiya hai.. You know how much I love you.. I promise I will not tease you.. I promise me apki koi cheeze ko haath nai lagaungi .. I know that you too love me.. But please don't shout.. Mujhe bura lgta hai.. With that she sobbed and went in his arms , he was shocked seeing her comfortably snuggling to him.. Her soft b*** were glued to his hard chest and she was sobbing hard.. His hands slowly held her close.. This was the first time he was feeling someone close to him.. One side his mind refused to touch her.. It was totally wrong..
Maan st : what I am doing.. Maan leave her.. Who is she.. Don't let her involve in your life.. She can be a threat.. She is not so innocent she appears to be..
Geet still sobbing said..
Geet : you know I will not say anything , but please don't leave me alone.. I can't stay without you.. She said with so much sincerity and parted herself from him.. He was kind of lost in her charm , her talks.. How can she be so innocent and naive.. But this can be an illusion he knew..
She softly kissed his cheeks and her face was still filled with tears..
Her soft touch stirred something within him and she went in his embrace keeping her head on his chest holding him close..
