Amazing and Curious Update

When Vikram tells Geet that Maan adopted Pihu she is shocked as she believes that Maan is her biological father , then if so why would he adopt , Is Geet the mother of Pihu or not because both knew each other

so little cute pihu is adopted by maan and he was not married...
now they got married but none is happy..
geet just found out the truth and wonders why...
why did maan tell her that he had a relationship with another woman and left her pregnant...
