Chapter 26

Geet was looking at the clock getting restless in the hospital, and Maan's guards were with her 24*7 but Maan didn't come or even called her or no message from him, it was around 11.00pm now, "Madam, you can go home, I will take care" Pinky said and Geet nodded an ok, and went with the guards to the Mansion, she was getting restless, Maan never had done like this, vanishing without a message, Pinky had informed that Maan didn't go to the office today, "maybe he is caught in some meeting" Geet convinced herself,

when Geet walked into the Mansion and it kind of gave her an creep now, she rushed up and went to the kitchen and saw Nakul had prepared everything and kept ready, Geet then went to her bed room and changed up and came up and sat on the bed and suddenly her eyes fell on her diary, "Baba ji," Geet thought and took the dairy and saw that the letter was there, but the Diary, last time she saw, it was in Maan's room, Means Maan read the diary and he only kept the dairy here,

Geet was hell shocked and scared and feared now, Maybe it's the reason he haven't came here, maybe he is hurt, he is angry, upset, maybe he didn't like the truth, Maybe he wanted to throw her out, Geet was so confused and hurt, "Baba ji, even after knowing the truth he went away without a word, what was in his mind, where is Maan now, where ever he is please keep him safe, I can't see him in pain, please" Geet prayed up as she sat there frozen up in fear, she didn't know what to think,

Geet stepped back and saw her so called husband and her fear raised all over her body, "no, she is dreaming, she is dreaming" Geet thought and shook her head, "Geet, my dear, look at you darling, nicely settled down in this big house and wow, what happened Geet, surprised to see your lovely husband" he asked and Geet turned scared and looking at Maan, puzzled and confused and pained and feared, she held Maan's right hand tightly in both her hands, "Are you married to him" Maan asked suddenly still looking straight and with same stern look on his face,

Geet's eyes filled up and she nodded an yes, looking down, "you knew Vikram already" Maan asked and Geet nodded an yes again, "You, You, you slept with him" Maan asked controlling his tears and anger, and Geet nodded an yes crying high, "so, everything is, everything is true," Maan asked, and Geet nodded an yes, thinking that he was talking about her letter and what she had written, "Out" Maan said and Geet looked at him shocked, "Get out," Maan said as his eyes turned red with pain and anger and tears was pooling up into his eyes,

Geet held his hand tight but Maan pulled her hand away and pushed her away, Geet who was also ready for this, nodded an yes, as her tears rolled down and decided may be this is end of her happy time, this is what she deserves, was ready to accept Maan's decision, "Wait" Maan said and Geet stopped, "Baldev" Maan called and he came up, "what's her rate" Maan asked, "she had been here for one month, I am also one of her customer only na, so how much," Maan asked as he controlled his burning anger, and pain and Geet looked at him, her heart stopped beating up, hearing Maan's words, "Customer, is that what he thought he was for her till now, with an single true even her true love turned fake" Geet thought as her tears poured down like an fall,

Geet was totally blank, she was ready but not like this, not for his words, not to get back to the hell, but now really she didn't care, she was ready to fall into the hell and burn herself up, she had no strength to fight now, she saw Maan walking up and standing there near the private bar, Baldev pulled her away and Geet went with him crying and looking at Maan, after a few seconds of silence, Maan turned back, and saw Geet gone, she was not there, Maan stood there all alone, "Gone, gone, gone, why Geet, all I wanted was an small no to my questions, an small no to go from here, and small refusal to leave me, but without anything you left me,"

"What an Fool I am, you never loved me, then why would you stop for me, fight with me to be here, left me all alone here, she is gone, she is gone, she too left me, like everyone else, she too gone" Maan thought pained as his tears rolled down his eyes and his heart ached in Pain, He looked at the door steps longing up to see if she would come back, only Maan knew the whole night and the day he was trying to prove the documents wrong, he went to Geet's village to her father, but their marriage was an true incident, and then people in the village to said Geet belong to the village, yet he wanted to ask Geet himself,

He thought if she refuses, he will only believe her and even if it was true, if Geet pleads to stay with him, asks for forgiveness, says that she loves him, then he will accept her, but she didn't say anything, but left, Maan couldn't bear it, he rushed upstairs and wiped his tears, his anger made him blind, "my fault I believed her, I am an fool, so stupid, how could I even believe there is something called true love, emotions, all are waste, fake, she too need only Money, luxury, I am an stupid, I am an idiot, I shouldn't loved her" Maan screamed and turned around,

Suddenly his anger stopped and an smiled creep up in his lips, "Geet," Maan said with an smile as he saw her on the bed smiling at him , "you came back" Maan said and went near it just to realize it was just his imagination, Maan was so anger on himself went out of the house,

Maan was drinking like a Manic, even the bar tender and owner of the bar sacred by Maan's sudden and vigorous drinking, but they were scared of disturbing him, it turned 12.30 when the Bar tender tapped Maan's shoulders, who was laid on the table unconscious in his alcohol effect, "Mr.Khurana, Mr.Khurana, please wake up" he tapped Maan's shoulders and Maan woke up slowly and looked up, "Sir, it's already 12.30, can I drop you home" he asked and Maan looked at him shocked,

He stood up trembling up in his drugged state, "12.30, oh, Geet will be waiting for me," Maan said as he looked at the Bar tender, "She never eats without me" Maan said as he got up and walked up, Maan reached his car and opened it and drove up slowly, thank god for the late night and traffic free road, Maan was driving crazy, finally he reached the Mansion, and got down from the car, "Geet, Geet" Maan came in his mansion and saw the empty sofa in which Geet would be sitting and waiting for him,

Maan slowly realized the reality which he wanted to forget, actually which he did forget in the bar but the empty house gave him back his reality, Maan's heart started to bleed up, he wasn't even ready to think Geet cheated him, suddenly Maan felt an hand on his shoulders and he turned back to see Geet smiling and signing him to eat, "Geet, you came back for me" Maan asked with an sudden bliss of happiness, and Geet smiled at him, "I know, I know you will come back, that was all an big lie right, everything was an lie right" Maan asked with an big smile,

Geet then signed Maan too sit on the dining table and Maan too nodded and went sat on the table, "I know my Geet" He said and looked around just to find a blank space, as he realized it was just his imagination and Geet was not there, his eyes filled up and he got so angry and screamed and smashed everything on the table and went up, as he went inside Geet's room, there he saw her sitting in her couch smiling at him, and Maan turned around to see her on the bed, smiling at him and he looked straight to see Baba ji's picture and in that too he saw only her,

Maan held his head and rushed towards his room, and there too he saw Geet sleeping on the bed, and in a second she vanished up in thin air again, Maan turned around and there she was near the wardrobe getting his night suit out, Maan stepped back and went into the washroom and there too he saw only her all wet and beautiful, Maan then rushed away from there too, now the Mansion looked haunted with her memories, for Maan, but the truth is Maan's mind was haunted with her memories, he can only think of her now,

Maan then went out and went towards the swimming pool in the upstairs, it was open pool and the full moon was shining well and good, putting his reflection inside the pool, the night was freezing up, so as the pool water, Maan removed his dress and got down into the water, the freezing cold water, pricked his skin giving pain but he needed it, he went inside the water, but even the high chillness can't stop Maan from thinking about Geet, "she came, she loved, she played with my heart and soul and went away without a word, and now what about me, how will I life, how," Maan thought, "why did she do this to me, for this money, for that why should she play with my emotions, the love in those eyes, the love in her touches, her selfless surrender to me, was that all an acting, lie,"

"why Geet, why, why, I forgot how my life was before you came in, and now I don't know how will I get back to the same lonely life, why Geet, Why, for once you made me believe in dreams, love, and life just to destroy it totally" Maan thought as his anger raised up in his eyes, the heat in his body was spreading in the pool making it warmed up now, he was an burning hell in pain now, every second with Geet was like an running inside his heart as an perfect motion picture"

Morning Sun shined on Geet's face, whose eyes was still frozen as her whole body, she didn't even cry as she felt dead, Baldev didn't speak a word to her, but was busy on phone and happy, "atleast someone is happy about having her," Geet thought, she was staring at the blank wall, suddenly an darkness fall on her face, blocking the sun shine but she didn't care to look up, "Mr. Khurana, come on in" Baldev's words made Geet alive again and she turned around to see Maan there with a big bag, his face was smile less and hard, like it was on the first day they met, but there was anger and pain,

Geet slowly stood up, "what can I do for you sir" Baldev asked and Maan looked at Geet, "I need Geet" Maan asked in his cold deadly voice and Baldev nodded an yes, "for how many days" Baldev's words again hurt him again, "forever" Maan said and Geet looked at Maan and she can't believe what she heard, Maan is here to take her back, "sir, oh" Baldev started and Maan opened the bag he bought and poured out the money on the bed making Baldev's eyes widen up in shock, and surprise, he had never see so much money in his life ever, "25 corers" Maan said with an bossy attitude, and Baldev was speechless,

Maan then went out and came with another bag, "another 25" Maan said and Baldev though he would die right now, "fi, fif, fif, fifty corers," he asked trembling up, and Maan nodded an yes, "now will you send Geet with me" Maan asked and he nodded an immediate yes, "she is all yours" he said still staring at the money, "Give me the marriage certificates and photos, and all other documents you have" Maan ordered and Baldev obeyed immediately and Maan snapped everything and looked around to find an match box and Maan took it and burned all those papers,

"Anything more," Maan asked and Baldev nodded a no, "Now listen carefully, from today you don't know Geet, you will not speak or even think about her, and if I ever see any news regarding her past, then remember, for me taking your life away is more easier than giving you this money, understand" Maan said in his deadly slow voice, and Baldev nodded an yes, in fear looking at Maan's red big eyes, "Promise" Baldev said, "nto an word" he said, and Maan looked at Geet who was looking at Maan puzzled and confused,

"From today she is my property, she will be with me" Maan said and held Geet's hand and walked out, Geet was still looking at Maan with confusion, his anger was clear, he is upset with her, he hated her, but why then he should take her back, Maan pulled her into the car and took her back to the Mansion, and Maan pulled her out of the car and walked her into the Mansion, "How much ever she goes away from this Mansion, destiny always pulls her back in here in some form," Geet thought as she stepped into the house back,

It was so much painful.why maan didn't ask anything from geet. He was expecting she will deny to go but why would she do when he himself brought all bloody shit people of his past. Truth is out but in manuplative way. Geet is totally broken. N here maan is also in pain and cursing himself for believing geet. But still he is craving for.geet. thank god he takes geet back from that monster but will he be the same with geet or he will be another monster for geet. Waiting for next.dear

My heart was pounding reading the update!! Maan seeing Geet everywhere when she is gone means there is some truth he needs to know and he needs to read that dairy urghhh he gonna hate himself for any torture he puts geet through :( Adi go defend ur sister she needs u!
