Every passing moment was unbearable for him , he was looking at U&A Sam like they wr going to give a verdict for him which cd shake or save him .

AS: Geet was in her 2nd trimester when she came in here , don't know who was that heartless person who left this gem ,, we feel bad for her nd manu but in other way they filled our lifeless life with smiles , she is a girl of golden heart , very caring nd loving ,, now she is very well settled nd we all r very happy .

Maan's mind was busy in calculation giving a fake smile to U&A sam ,, it was his luck that U&A Sam got a call from a family friend nd they got busy in land line phone ,, Maan too excused him nd came out in lawn ,, slumped in a chair in front of Geet's door , closed his eyes with pain ,, he was sweating hard , dried throat nd blank mind ,, there was only one thing in his mind .. Geet was preg when she came here ... God!! flashes of her feared face ,, her attempt to save her , her willingness to leave KM ,, her torn dress , stained bed cover nd his wallet wr running in his mind .

Maan inwardly : ye kaise ho sakta hei ? ye mai hoon ya koi aur ? Mai Geet ke bare mei essa kaise soch sakta tha ? Maine to usse hamesha apne se dur rakha ,, wo to bahot kam mere samne aati thi , mai kaise uske sath ... no ,, but wo dress , wallet , stains ... He was deeply lost in his thoughts , half laying in d chair ,, his whole body got a jerk when he heard a loud cheerful voice of Manu from lil distance ,, Maan looked at that side at once nd saw manu who was running towards him shouting ,, uncle Maan ,, uncle Maan ,, u he al (here) ,, yeee ,, Maan took him in his arms , twirled him in happiness nd pecked his cheeks lovingly ,, his restless heart got peace .

Manu: I miss ed u ,, u stay with me ,, plzz ,, Mommy let him stay ,,plzz.

Geet was staring at Maan surprised .. How he was there ? He didn't mention that he was coming US .

Geet: Hi , u here ,, how ,, when u came ?

Maan: in afternoon , so nice to see u both ,, I missed u too baby . ( he nuzzled his nose in Manu's neck making him ticklish )

Geet opened d door of her house nd all entered ,, Maan took all d bags nd kept that on sofa .

Maan: manu sunny Dadu n granny send gifts for u ,, see.

Manu jumped with joy nd started opening d bags ,, he was very excited in checking all nd showing Geet too,, even he showed Geet's gifts too.

Geet placed her bag nd brought water for all ,, then went to kitchen for making coffee nd milk for manu ,, manu nd Maan got busy in their talk but Maan's mind was roaming towards Geet , he was searching d words to talk Geet but he cdn't ask in front of Manu , so he had to wait ,, Geet brought their coffee nd Made Manu to lay down on sofa ,, handed Manu his milk bottle ,, he started sucking his milk but stopped in mid.

Manu: uncle Maan , will u play with me ?

Maan: yes baby ,, 1^st finish ur milk .

Manu started sucking again nd stopped again .

Manu: don't go to ho , ho, hotel , OK .

Maan: OK , I won't go ,, have ur milk baby .

Manu: mommy, we'll go to eat ice cleam .

Geet rolled her eyes : manu ,, baby , finish ur milk nd then we have to change ,, good boy finish ur milk .

Manu: ice cleam mommy .

Maan: we'll sunny , promise .

He made him to drink d milk taking his bottle ,, Manu finished d milk nd Maan nd Geet their coffee ,, she excused to go for change ,, Geet change manu's dress nd he joined Maan ,, Geet went to change of her nd came after few min ,, she was now in ind dress ,, she got busy in preparing dinner nd other household work .

Maan: Geet mai kuch help karu ?

Geet: no it's OK , i'll manage ,, sorry I forgot to ask ,, how u here ? u nd uncle didn't say that u r coming ?

Maan: I want to give surprise to manu ,, wo,, I came to meet d director of d company for new project ,, u know dad asked u about that .

Geet: O haan , yaad aaya ,, OK , so u r going to start another project with that co.

Maan: yes , nd dad suggested me to take some experience here ,, it'll help us in ind projects ,, in india too ppl r accepting foreign concept in MS ,, i'm too wanted to gain knowledge from here so I planned to stay here for some time .

Geet: what ,, u r here for long ?

Maan: yes ,, nd i'm so happy , now I cn have lots of time to spend with manu , I missed him .

Geet became lil serious knowing that Maan wd live there for long ,, she didn't want closeness between maan nd manu ,, it cd create prob for her to manage manu , she didn't know how to handle this situ.

Geet: where r u staying ?

Manu: mommy ,, uncle'll live with me ,, I won't let him go ,, uncle why don't u bling Jojo with u ? I miss ed jojo .

Geet: manu baby , he cn't bring dog here .

Maan: u cn play with jojo when u'll go india ,, jojo is waitng for u too .

Manu : leally .

Maan: yes .

Manu: ok ,, i'll go ,, mommy when we go ?

Geet: manu not now baby ,, we don't have leaves ,, mr kahurana plzz , don't raise any hope for him ,, I cn't promise him when we go nd he'll start pestering me .

Maan felt a pang ,, Geet's words hurt him deep ,, she was behaving very formal ,, on d other side Geet was working but her mind was thinking how to keep distance from Maan .

Geet : where r u staying ? Where is ur luggage ?

Maan: d company arranged d accommodation for me ,, very near to ur house ,, walkable distance ,, i'll show u TM .

Geet took a sigh of reliefe at least he was not staying with them ,, but she was worried for Manu .

Manu: al u going uncle Maan ? U won't live with Manu ( Manu's face hung which pained Maan nd Geet )

Maan: no baby ,, i'll go for work nd study like u go for ur study nd mommy for work.

Manu looked at him confussed nd Maan Made him to understand .

Maan: manu I came here to work ,, my new office is here ,, OK , so I have to go office daily like ur mommy go .

Manu: u'll go with us to ul office ,, yeee ,, mommy uncle'll go with us .

Things wr slipping from Geet's hands , so she decided to change d topic to divert Manu's mind .

Geet: manu ,baby come to me nd let ur uncle go to refresh ,, humm , come , we'll go to give dinner to U&A Sam .

Maan: Geet give me ,, i'll go .

Geet: it's OK Mr Khurana ,, in this way they'll meet Manu too .

She took d basket nd went out with manu to gave dinner ,, Manu met with U&A sam nd told them that his uncle Maan brought many gifts for him ,, Geet spent few min there nd came back taking last night basket ,, she knew she is going to face a hard time ,, Maan was going to stay for long in US nd it wd be very difficult for her to keep manu away from Maan ,, she was fearing that this closeness cd create prob in her peaceful life.
