Gosh the start was really scary. Specially the way you wrote it, I had really started feeling bad for Geet thinking her heart is going to break today. Specially with Ni being around them. Though Maan's casuality was weird. But you changed the situation so surprisingly that again I was left shocked again.
So Nidhi and Sid got married so save Ni? WTH. As I had said in one of my comment, you had surely managed to put that seed of doubt in my head but still I was keeping faith in Maan for some unknown reasons. And Im just glad that my faith in him wasnt broken.
But question is why was Ni arrested? Maan dint gave those details. So there is a loose end here. Im curious to know about this new angle now. But also fearing what new twist you will bring along.
So that "pyaar" ho gaya was for Sid. He fell in love with her as per Maan and denied giving divorce. Btw Ni too fell for him? Why did she cried seeing Maan in airport? Above all, how could Maan, Sid and Aliya act so cool in Maan's engagement? And if the marriage was btw Sid-Ni then why did Maan say he would have cancelled his engagement with Geet had he known Ni was in Mumbai? Also what all he said to Vikas, was true or not? The headache drama he did before engagement, what was the need of that if he knew that the whole Sid-Ni drama wasnt related to his engagement with Geet? Or there is indeed something more to all this twist? Im certainly intrigued but scared as well.
MG interaction, which I was so fearing for all obvious reasons, turned out to be really relieving. That hug, for Maan it was just cos he wanted to, for Geet it gave a sense of protection and put all her fears at rest but for me it was like soothing. I really took a moment to let the truth sink in me and finally believe that yes, Maan dint cheated Geet. He dint played with her in any way. Cos I have really come to admire this guy and hating him would have been painful for me too. I so dint wanted his character to be ruined after the way you have made me love him in the first 22 updates. So thank you for not making me dislike him.
So Sid's dadi was like Geet's dadi, a conservative woman and his mother too is the same. Cos of her they have hidden this all drama from their family thinking they will be divorcing in 6 months time and no one will ever come to know about it being in Mauritius. But new twist in the tale was that Sid's mom also likes Aliya and wants him to get married to her. This is like a de javu, Piya-Vikas-Sapna angle created by Geet's dadi. Though Aliya thing got solved by Sid, his mother got some Tulika for whom he couldnt say a no directly cos that would have created a problem like it did in Geet's house in Vikas-Piya's case. And Sid dont want a second Piya in Nidhi.
And wait Sid is a Khurana? I dint know this. I thought Akshay and Arjun are the only Khuranas we have here. So Sid's dad must be Maan's chachu right?
Maan said he wanted to share all this with someone who he can trust. So does that mean he trusts Geet now? Cos I remember him saying neither he trusts anyone nor wants anyone to trust him. He surely is a confusing person. He should decide what he wants.
But I must add, this all really seems weird knowing Maan isnt a guy who would hide anything from his family. The image you had made of him is slowly shaking and I have started feeling there is much more to this guy than he shows. If he can hide about Sid-Ni from his family, he can hide anything. Though he is right too. It wasnt his secret to share with family. Its Sid's alone, but he have signed up for this mess by signing as witness for their marriage. And if I dig deep, then Im sure Sid-Ni got married cos of Maan since he did mentioned that Sid knows Ni through him as Ni was his friend from the start.
So now, other than Maan, Sid, Ni, Aliya, Vikas and Piya; Geet too knows about their secret but not in details. There are still many things to be told is what I have felt.
It was really nice of Maan that he came to India on a single phone call from her. That does says he cares. Else he wouldnt have bothered to come and solve the problem she created for herself.
So Geet and her family is unaware that Vikas has shifted to Mauritius. Seems like the contact was broken long long back from both sides.
Why just why dont these people in this FF take others seriously? Nidhi-Maan both said Piya as in tumhari bhabhi yet Geet dint believe them. All cos of their playful nature. The characters in this FF reveal big things in such a casual way that none believes them.
Woww, another thing revealed. Maan knows Nidhi from New York time. Nows that is pretty long period, 3 to 4 years. So Vikas-Piya also knows her from that long. I might be stupid, but how come there was nothing btw Maan-Nidhi ever? Like in a romantic way? They never felt anything for each other ever after knowing each other for such a long time now? No attraction ever?
Aliya is all set to leave India and seems happy as well. Liked Aliya-Dev's moment.
So with Aliya going to Mauritius, what about her and Rohail story? Rohail seemed quite casual while bidding her bye. But he is affected and attracted to her and yet no reaction seems so strange.
It was first time Aliya was seeing Nidhi. So how did she come to know about Sid-Ni? Is this the thing Sid-Aliya used to talk on phone which used to make Rohail super Jealous.
So Aliya knows about Tulika thing and was helping Sid get rid of her. Whereas Tulika thinks Aliya and Sid are having an affairs. Ufff. Ni is feeling sad that they are playing with Tulika's feelings but Tulika isnt a good girl. So does that mean its only Sid who loves Ni here?
Does Maan really think nothing can work btw Rohail-Aliya? The way he said Aliya ko toh jaana hi tha sounded weird.
Did Aliya really said that? She wouldnt have helped Sid if Tulika had real feelings for him? And what about Sid's feelings?
Rohail is already missing Aliya and her presence in office. Its not even a day and this is his condition. He has gotten so used to her. Chalo, hopefully ab iski train track pe aayegi. He may realize his feelings now.
Awww Im so loving the bond Geet shares with Dev n Rohail. Her bond with them is much more strong and deep than M-G. Maybe cos of the long distance relationship or maybe cos MG scenes are hardly there. Both their interactions with other characters happen more individually than with each other.
Hmm so Ni shared her experience on seeing MG together which made Vikas-Piya laugh. Their moment was a very light hearted one still I dont know if I should look pass Maan's comment or take them seriously. Cos you really never know when he is serious and when he is joking.
Awww Vikas was eager to see his sisters engagement pics. He really must be feeling so left out, ignored and hurt by his own family. But he still loves them so much.
So the migrane Maan was having on his engagement day was real? You also answered the scarf thing here which you had added to misled us.
Maan does sees something btw Aliya-Rohail but he thinks Aliya doesnt feel anything and Rohail has ego issues and so he is not forcing things on both of them. But I agree with Piya, maybe this separation make them realize their feelings. Rohail has feelings but is in denial whereas I have no clue about Aliya.
Also I dont remember if I had mentioned about it before but Maan-Nikki thing was a surprise. I cant believe her father wanted Nikki to marry Maan. Also the reaction Maan gave to Vikas saying by now he would have married Nikki was double surprising. Dont know if I should take that comment seriously or let it go. Maan is so unpredictable.
Aliya thinking about who the girl would be to tolerate Rohail said that probably she doesnt have any feelings for him.
Chalo at least Rohail shares his feelings with Maan. Must say these brothers shares a very very deep bond. All are super attatched to Maan. Even Sid and Aliya.
Rohail is confused and in denial but with time he will realize his feelings. I guess he needs a push. A strong one at that.
Lol. So Maan got habitual of Mini. Her constantly sticking around him has made him accept her forcefully. You know this reminds me of Maan-Geet. How Geet was forced on him and he had no option but to stick with her whom he has grown to accept with time. I know it might be the worse comparision done but I cant help it as you had recently refreshed my memory of how their relationship started in last few updates.
Oh I had almost forgotten about that mysterious guy. Is he some psycho lover of Geet?
Rohail-Arjun was nice scene. At least someone in the family other than Maan thinks to ask about his feelings rather than forcing things on him and just wanting to hear a yes.
Okay, so Ni is going to complete that incomplete piece Maan bought for Geet. Wonder what she will be doing with that.
Finally it is concluded that Ni also loves Sid. Chalo at least there wont be any confusion over this. Hopefully.
Maan and Ni are going to be shifting in a duplex. But then what about Sid-Ni? Why embassy people wanted to have an inspection?
Anyways, Im quite confused about few things since I can clearly see some loose ends in this updates. But will wait to see how the story goes from here. Hoping some progression in MG relationship. Cos of a long distance relationship they anyways dont get time for each other. Wonder how this 2-3 years are going to pass.
Update was really wonderful and the story is getting interesting. Kudos to you for writing it so smartly and not giving away anything
Also, thank you for not dragging Maan-Ni suspense cos I would have surely gone mad. We have new couple now, Sid-Ni. Only Dev is remaining. Fix him with Nandini. But then you will not spare them too. Like you havent spared MaanGeet, RohailAliya, VikasPiya and SidNi.
