maan was really Partial to geet and NT.. she was doing nothing in office other than taunting geet and ordering her Husband..maan too had rejected her without knowing her once

Geet looked at him nd find very quiet nd lost like something bothering him nd eating him inside.

Geet: kya hua , koi prob hei kya ?

Geet felt that he was really very tired ,, had lots of work in office nd work like a robot ,, she got up , took out d bottle of olive oil from her cupboard nd went in d Maan's room.

Geet: aammm , hello ,, aap so gaye kya ?

Maan removed his arm nd looked at her : nahi , Geet , koi kaam ?

Geet: haan , aap kafi tired lag rahe ho ,, aapke pair me thodi massage ker du , araam milega aur need bhi acchi aayegi, Dadima bhi karati hei , jab jyada tired hoti hein .

Maan: nahi Geet , tum pareshan matt ho , it's OK ,, thanks.

Geet: apni har baat condition rakh ke manwaty ho aur meri ek bhi nahi manty ?

Maan didn't argu nd lie down ,, Geet sat on d foot side , took his one foot nd kept that on her knee nd started massaging that taking oil in had hand ,, she did one nd then other ,, covered his leg with sheet nd came back switching off d side lamp ,, Maan was lying quietly closing his eyes ,, he was strugging with his emotions nd when Geet left from there ,, few drops slipped down from d corners of his eyes .. God !! I hurt an angel .

Now it was clear to him that it was all his mistake ,, he blindfolded his eyes nd didn't try to see d reality ,, Geet was his present nd future nd in d shadow of his past he ruined his present happiness , not only his but Geet's too ,, his love for Pari was an illusion which gave him a glympse nd left him in d desert ,, Geet came like a shower to sooth him but he pushed her away ,, in d dismay of his broken dreams he broke all her dreams too ,, She was adjusting from d day one , completing all her responsibilities perfectly , even better than him ,, he was failed , wrong nd irresponsible .. Maan singh Khurana was failed in front of Geet .

Maan was lost in his thoughts ,, his heart sunk how he hurt Geet at every step ,, made everything difficult for her nd him ,, a sorry is not enough for this ,how cd a mere word healed a wounded heart ? d massage worked nd he didn't know when he slept thinking about her.

Next day was usual for all but not for Geet ,, in morning when she was doing pooja a pair of eyes wr adoring her from d door ,, Maan left his exercise in mid nd came to check Geet nd find her engrossed in prayer , he stood there taking support against d frame nd waited for her ,, Geet finished her prayer , offered bhog to God , took d thali nd turned to come out but find Maan looking at her ,, 1^st she startled seeing him there but composed he nd moved ahead ,, Maan stood in mid way with a smile ,, Geet quietly forwarded thali for Arti , he took that nd spread his hand for Prasad ,, Geet placed a sweet piece on his hand nd tried to go from Maan's side but he blocked her way ,, Geet looked at him confused .

Maan: not fair Geet .

Geet: what?

Maan: u stole my blessing for a good start of day .

Geet: me !! why sd I ?

Maan: then why did u change ur pooja time , I felt so good when u gave me arti nd Prasad .

Geet: aapko meri koi bhi cheej kabse acchi lagne lagi ?

Maan: Geet , mai galat tha lekin tum to sahi thi , tumne ku rasta badla ? ek bar meri galti ka ehasaas to kara deti .

Geet: accha , to kaun hu mai ?

Maan: tum Geet ho .

Geet smiled faintly : sirf Geet na ,, aapki Geet nahi .

She placed her hand on his upper arm , moved him aside to make a way for her nd walk out living a defeated Maan behind ,, he looked at d way from where Geet left nd than at his hand where she put Prasad ,, his eyes turned towards d idols of God in d room nd mumbled ... ab aap hi koi rasta nikalo , mai jo kadam uthata hu galat ho jaty hein aur Geet ko dukh pahuchaty hein ,, He went to his room to get ready her words wr ringing in his mind .. sirf Geet na ,, aapki Geet nahi .
