The relation of Arjun and Sameer would reveal in next parts, but why she staged her death and moved away from her family is already revealed in first chapters, the reason why she left her family!!! Do check if you have not read it.....

It's geet nature of keeping others first than herself....

I can't reveal how many brothers are blood related to het, but who ever are there, all are either cousins or whom she made brother.

The drug wouldn't effect her much as she was given antidote except few minor side effects.
