Maan brushed his fingers along the cheek of geet while Geet closed her eyes in ecstasy. Maan brought her even more closer saying " u look even more beautiful... geetu" Geet looked away from him to control her heart which always betrayed her in front of her love, her Maan. Geet pushed him slightly saying "let me go.. maan" Maan shook his stubbornly & held Geet more tighly saying "nehi. I will never let u go"

Geet looked back at him in pain saying "u left me long back Maan" Maan looked at her cursing his doings. what could he do to win his life back? What could he possibly do to get his mishty back? Geet moved away from him while he was lost in thoughts. Geet waited for sometime to come back from his thoughts but when there was no sign from him She cleared her throat to gain his attention. Geet "ahem... who tumhari tabiyat thik nehi hai..u rest here. Main ati hu..." she quickly escaped from there to protect her emotions which can again get shattered by him.

Maan looked at the way she went & closed his eyes dropping his head back to the sofa. He knew he has hurt her beyond anything this time. He knew should have been here to make things right. But for the first time he was angry, angry on himself to trust his mom & on her for not trusting on them, on their love. For the first time he let his anger rule on his heart. To make things worst he was now behaving like a drunkard which Geet hated. He cursed under his breath but what can he do, he was so much in pain. But now he has to rectify his mistakes, he has to make things right. He got up from the sofa went towards the washroom to get his head in the right direction.

Geet quickly moved towards the kitchen to control her heart. She bite her lips hard to control her tears. She won't let Maan see her weak side. He has hurt her enough but not more. She splashed water all over her face to calm her heart. She sighed pulled out a pot to make the coffee for herself. She jumped a little when she felt two hands circling her waist from behind. And on that moment she stilled.

Maan couldn't control himself after seeing her that too after so long time. He kissed lightly on her nape saying "kya bana rahi ho, mishty???" Geet gulped to control her feelings. Maan could feel the change in her. He smiled to find his effect on his mishty which was the same like before. Maan slightly moved her to see her face. He lightly said "mishty..". He put his finger under her chin to make her look towards him. Maan was shocked to see his beautiful brown eyes full of tears. He cupped her face tenderly saying "kya hua mishty...???" While Geet tried to move away from him. But Maan won't let this opportunity get away from him. He pulled back her saying "pls mishty.. ro mat. M sorry..bolo kya hua" Geet looked at Maan with shock thinking after all this time all he has to say is sorry.

That was it Geet pushed him with all her might & Maan moved back slightly in shock. Geet brushed her tears roughly saying " sorry?? Sorry for what Maan?? Kis kis baton k liye sorry bologe maan?? For leaving me without anything, for breaking my trust on our love, for choosing your anger over our love or for kissing that bitch??"

Maan looked back at pain towards her while she looked back at him with rage. They were both pulled back to that incident which initiated this separation.

FLASHBACK

Maan & Geet were both dancing closely in the party. The party was given by Maan on his farmhouse on the success of getting a huge project. Maan looked lovingly at Geet & kissed her forehead. Geet gave him a cute smile saying I love u" Maan pecked her nose saying "love u too" Maaneet were dancing when suddenly Maan's phone vibrated. He moved back from Geet & looked at the phone screen. He looked back at Geet"mishty I gotta take this. I'l be back in a few secs" Geet nodded & moved towards their group of friends who were busy chatting at random topics.

It has been more than 15 mins but Maan was not back. He never talked on phone leaving hher alone for more than 10 mins. He never left her alone in any party in fear if any guy tries his luck on her. He was a jealous ass & she loved it too. Geet looked at the way where he went. She tried to divert her mind in their friends gossip but couldn't concentrate on anything. Finally she gave up & moved towards the way Maan went.

She could her some noises & moved towards that. Finally she could hear Maan's voice & another girl's voice. It was like they were arguing & it was going on a bad side. She quickly move towards that direction but the scene before her will shatter her in pieces. She saw Maan & Sammera kissing. Maan pushed her within a few seconds. He was going to blast on her when he heard a cry.

He looked at the direction & saw Geet running away. He cursed under his breath & looked at Sammera shooting daggers. While she just wiped her lips smiling cheekily Maan quickly move towards the direction where Geet done. He can deal with bitch later but now he has to find his jaan to explain things. He followed Geet & held her tightly saying "mishty pls meri baat suno...jaisa tum soch rahi ho there is nothing like that..." Geet struggled to get away from Maan while Maan held her close.

Everyone had stopped doing whatever they were doing & their concentration were now on Maaneet. Maan "pls geetu, u know mw na... u trust me na...aisa kuch nahi hain... she came to me uxexpcted..i was blank geetu.. m sorry.. pls" Geeet continued to struggle trying to get her tears in control saying "let me go.. maan pls let me go..." Maan didn't bulge a bit. He held her too close trying to explain himself. It was getting to much on Geet. She wanted to get away from this, she wanted to forget the scene she just she just wanted to get away from this. Maan continued to held her close & Geet continued to her struggle. It was getting to much for her. She was too much hurt & was in too much pain to understand anything. Before she could stop herself her hand had met Maan's cheek in a fierce way. Everyone gasped while Maan looked in shock at Geet. Geet put her hand on her mouth & moved away from there crying her heart out. Maan in rage broke everything set on the bar & moved towards the farmhouse.

FLASHBACK ENDS

Geet wiped her tears saying "main manti hu Maan meri galti thi. Mujhe tumpe hat nehi uthana chahiye tha. Main janti thi tumne kuch galat nehi kia. Par kya tumne ekbar bhi socha hai agar tum meri jaga hote to kya karte?? If you had seen me kissing some other guy what u had done??"


Maan lowered his eyes & clenched his fists only with the thought of anyone kissing his mishty. Geet smiled sadly saying "tumhe to yeh soch kar bura lagraha hay aur maine to apne akhon se yeh dekha hay Maan. Kabhi socha hay mujpe kya beet rahi thi. Phirbi I wanted to rectify the mistake I had done. I wanted to make thing right. Par tumhe mujse zyada tumare gussese pyar hay. Nahi to u wold have never ft me like that. I know tumhari Maa ne jo bola sab jut tha. Phirbhi Maan humara rishta itna kamjor ho gaya jo k mujhe wo sab sunna para. Kya mera pyar itna kamjor tha Maan??"

Maan tried to reach Geet while she held her hand saying "no Maan. I can't tolerate anymore. Aur dard mujse bardast nehi hoga. Just go. Chale jao. Just leave me..." saying this she turned away & held the kitchen stab to control her hiccups. Maan went ahead to hold her but stopped in mid way knowing may be he has lost that right. He gulped the lump in his throat saying "mishty..." Geet's heat skipped a beat to hear his broken voice. He continued " maine tumhe bohut dukh dia hay. I have hurt the most this time geetu. But believe me, I didn't do it intentionally. But that doesn't make me any less gulty. Tumhare saza ke kabil main hu. Agar tumhari yehi saza hai ke main tumse dur chala jau to yehi sahi. U will never see me again. But ek bath zarur kahunga no matter where I will be I will always love you."

Saying this He moved towards the living room & took his jacket. He gave one last look towards the kitchen wiping the corner of his eyes & went outside the cottage. Geet heard the door getting shut & slide down the door of the kitchen. She finally let the tears flow which were a replica of her beading heart.

sad part. Both were hurt in the past. Now that Maan knows the truth and they have had this confrontation, hopefully they will move forward leaving this separation behind.
