Actually you have to add rai, kadi patta, peanuts to oil and let them roast and then add puliogare powder which I dont know how is made but puli means imli so it must have imli in it! Once the powder is added off the gas and add rice and mix it! It is served in weddings a lot and I am crazy for it! Earlier we used to get pulikachal which you can directly mix into rice and eat it! When I was teenager whenever I was hungry I would take the bottle, add the pulikachal into rice, mix and eat it! It used empty out in few days and my parents used to be puzzled ki itna khaaya kaise isne! Coz it is supposed to be khatta and I dont even eat achar!😆
