I know I should take a chill pill but I dont know why I get so worked up when I cannot update the day I promised even though it is not my fault!

God knows when I stop feeling guilty for silliest reasons!😳

So how was your day and how is your family?

Any thing interesting happened today?

made brownies today
well about an hour ago
thats most that happened
all is fine
weather here is pleasant
take your time and really calm down please
itna hyper hone ki zaroorat nahin
waise will have to go in 10-15 mins
have to go for walk with mummy
but will be back in 20 mins approx

No probs! Enjoy the walk! Brownies? Hmmm! Yummy! Now I am feeling hungry! Luckily I have kept biscuits nearby for such hunger pangs!😆😳

I have calmed down yaar! I was just explaining my situation to you! I am very calm right now! Infact, feeling a bit sad coz no update means no cheer up reviews tomorrow! But I can manage!😉😆

No need for sweets, Dad got 16 cups of vanilla icecream just for me!😳

And Vanilla so that I can add either Strawberry syrup or chocolate syrup to it!😉

And do you know what I do? I add Strawberry on one half and Chocolate on one half and the combo of all three flavors is simple mindblowing! You should try once!

While you come back, I will read some FFs on another site! Not in mood to talk to anybody except you! Mood is mildly down due to no updates which leads to no reviews!

Kaju Katli and Sheera are my all time favorites!

But I love gajar ka halwa, gulab jamun, rasgulla, imarti too.

And I like all type of sweets except the ones which upset my stomach. I dont know why but I cannot digest some kinds of sweets. I cannot tell you which one coz till I smell it I cant tell you whether my stomach will like it or not!😳

but kaju katli i dont like
funny thing is love kajus but not kaju katli
werid or what
the second line love them all
but my fav is bundi ka laddoo
or just bundi
in dehradun my nani nana place they make fresh ones on tuesdays and saturdays and love to have them
not every time
but mummy lets me haver it once at least

Oh! So finally something different between us!😆

I am crazy for Kaju Katli! During my friends used to call me Kaju Katli due to my craze for it!

I love Bundi ladoo too. I love all type of sweets! I have a sweet tooth! But Bundi Ladoo has to be made in proper way! Some people add too much ghee and that upsets my stomach! Just few weeks back I got Bundi Laadu for my dad but finished them myself before he had toe chance to eat it!

Sheera is a rava made sweet. You heat ghee, add rava and roast it. Then add sugar and let it carmelize and then add milk and let it turn a bit hard! And it is done! You can add badam, kaju, raisins and eliachi powder and kesar to enhance it! I love it! I love it so much that it is the first dish I learnt to cook! Not daal, not even rice! It was sheera! Dad taught me as I used to crave for them a lot in the noons and he used to sleep around that time. So he taught me how to cook so that I dont disturb his sleep!😆
