Maan woke up feeling something soft on his cheeks . He too had slept with Mahi because of tiredness . He opened his eyes and saw Mahi playing with his beard . She was totally enjoying that pricking sensation due to his beard . Maan looked at the bundle of joy in his hands . She is so cute that anyone would like to have her in his arms . He really wanted this adorable little angel to be part of his life . He decided that he will gonna fulfill all her demands and treat her as his own daughter . No matter what is Geet's past but he will not gonna leave Geet and Mahi ever..

" Mera baby utth gaya " asked Maan caressing her left cheek . Mahi looked above hearing his voice . She looked at him trying to recognize him but couldn't remember him..

" mumma " cried Mahi not able to recollect his face..

" mumma is sleeping baby " said Maan wiping her tears . He didn't liked her teary face..

" seeping..but why " asked Mahi looking here and there to locate her mumma..

" wo isliye kyunki mumma got hurt..tiny miny chot lag gayi mumma " replied Maan in a babyish voice..

" mumma ko chot " Mahi started crying loudly hearing her mumma got hurt . Maan panicked for a moment but then beef up himself . He thought to took her to Geet..

" stop crying baby..chalo we will go to mumma now " said Maan standing up from couch with Mahi in his arms . Hearing this , Mahi stopped crying and Maan wiped her tears gently..

" mumma..mumma..waky waky..I am hungly " Mahi patted Geet's cheeks as soon as Maan made her sat on bed beside Geet . Maan smiled seeing Mahi trying to wake Geet..

" baby..mumma na abhi thodi der aur soyegi " said Maan caressing her hair..

" come..I will make u eat something " Maan picked up Mahi in his arms and towards couch where Mahi's bag was kept . He remembered caretaker's words . He took out her milk bottle and made her lay on his lap and then placed bottle in her mouth . She started sucking fastly making him smile at her . He clearly remembered caretaker telling him to give rice - curd to her after sometime . He was thinking how to arrange that for Mahi and a name came to his mind who can easily do this work without anyone know about Geet and Mahi in his family . He smirked dialing the person's number and then put phone on his ear..

" hello dev " spoke Maan patting Mahi's head..

" haa bro " spoke dev from otherside..

" listen carefully..u have to do one important work of mine " said Maan..

" bataiye bro " said dev..

" dhyaan suno..go to kitchen..pack some plain rice and curd and then come with these things to xyz hospital in room 205 on second floor aur nobody in home should know about this " told Maan sternly..

" hospital..bro aap thik toh hai " worriedly asked dev..

" haa dev mein bilkul thik hu..bas tum jaldi se aajao " said Maan taking empty bottle from Mahi..

" okk bro " said dev before cutting call . He came out of his room making his way towards kitchen . He took out containers and filled one container with rice that was cooked for dinner and other with curd . He was about to step out of main door when naintara called him from behind . He closed his eyes murmering " enquiry kare bina jaane nahi degi " ..

" aap iss waqt kaha jaa rahe ho " asked naintara standing in front of him..

" wo main..apne dost se milne jaa raha ho " nervously replied dev hiding bag behind his back..

" thik hai jaiye par dinner se pehle aajana " authoratively said naina..

" okk " dev quickly moved out..

Maan took out Mahi 's toys from her bag and started playing with her . She was laughing and giggling making this small moment memorable for him . She stood up on his legs and was trying to bite his nose but Maan was continously shaking his head stopping her from biting his nose but she is also Mahi . She faked cry and Maan immediately stopped shaking his head . Smart Mahi taking this oppotunity instantly bited his nose smilingly whereas Maan made a baby face . He started tickling her making her laugh more loudly . Her sweet laughter was like soothing music to him . At this moment dev opened door and got a big shock seeing Maan with Mahi . He also noticed Geet on bed..

" bro..aapne shaadi karli aur hume bataye bhi nahi aur upar se aapki ek beti bhi hai " exclaimed dev entering room and intruding their special moment . Mahi looked towards dev angrily for ruining her play and Maan glared at dev..

" haww bro..yeh toh aap par gayi hai..dekho kaise badi badi aakhein karke dekh rahi hai " said dev noticing Mahi's glares on himself..

" will u shut up dev for a moment " angrily told Maan and dev straight away zipped his mouth..

" now pass me the food " said Maan forwarding his hand . Dev placed bag on his hand making a puppy face while Mahi kept looking at dev with her small hazels.. Both sat down on couch and Maan opened containers to feed Mahi . But instead of plain rice he found jeera rice . He stared at dev angrily . Dev gave him a look " ab maine kya kiya "..

" tumse ek kaam thik se nahi hota dev " spoke Maam fumingly..

" but bro aapne jo bola tha mein wahi laaya hun " said scared dev..

" acha..maine tumhe jeera rice laane ke liye kaha tha " sarcastically said Maan placing rice in front of him..

" ab bro ghar mein yehi bana tha toh mein yehi le aaya " said dev..

" tumhara kuch nahi ho sakta dev..nakul se kehkar banwa nahi sakte the..ab ek kaam karo seperate cumin seeds from nice properly " commanded Maan and poor dev started off his work without arguing much..

" baby meet joker of our house " said Maan introducing dev in a unique style..

" jokel " repeated Mahi in her baby language..

" haa baby joker who makes funny face like this " Maan pointed towards dev's cribbing face..

" bro " whinned dev like a child and Maan laughed at him . Mahi too giggled and Maan kissed her cheek..

Maan fed Mahi rice and curd and made her sleep peacefully on his chest , her new comfy bed . Then he told everyting to Dev starting from their meeting to the accident . Dev hugged his brother in happiness . Maan told him to arrange for a baby cot and Dev nodded and left after having some business talks with Maan..
