Geet smiled and switched on that and a beautiful wall paper brought a smile on her lips and tears in her eyes* she mouthed thanku to Maan.

Adi was giving him every detail of HP * Adi assured d guy that they r with him so don't come in some one's pressure * Maan called Adi back from there to Delhi * now they have to wait for d right time to ignite d fire in d gang .

Adi got Geet's accident news from Pandeyji and her stay in KV * he called Maan and asked about her and got relief that Dadima and Maan wr taking good care of her* he called Geet too and informed her that he is in Delhi's office for some time .

Few days slipped and Geet started slow walk with d support * Maan started his work from KC bcoz now Geet was able to manage herself and for rest of work Dadima was with her * now Geet started lil talk with them but that was very formal * in these days she realized that it was very hard to manage all alone and Maan and his Dadima's help matters a lot for her but d bitterness of past was a big barrier between them * At dinner time Geet voice out to go back at her home which panicked Maan .

Maan: why ? do u have any prob here?

Geet: no , but i'm here from many days and now I could manage ...

Maan: but u r not fully cure Geet, nobody is there to help u if something goes wrong ,,, no I can't take risk ,, plzz Geet try to understand and bear for few more days .

Geet: but after few days my sem will start and I have to move to hostel and befor that I have to clear d amount with my house owner.

Dadima: u don't have to worry about that Maan will go there and clear that * I told them about ur accident and u r with us.

Maan: Geet , mai tumhe wahan akele nahi rahane dunga esliye ab iss topic per koi baat nahi hogi .

Geet: lekin mai yahan kaise ...

Maan: bas Geet ,, jaise wahan anjaan logo ke ghar mei rahati ho waise hi yahan raha lo ,, simple. He became angry and took his dinner quietly .

Dadima: Maan theek kaha rahe hei beta ,, dekho tumhare yahan hone se mujh buddhi ko bhi company mil gai ,, tum meri care kerna aur mai tumhari ..Dadima played emotional card.

Geet became quiet ,, she knew they won't allow her and she didn't want to be harsh after taking a big help and care from them * she decided to go hostel directly from here after cutting her plaster * but what about Arjun's marriage and other functions? His engagement was in coming weekend and then Shaadi and she didn't have any dress for that.

Arjun's parent and Meera wr coming before engagement and they stayed here for a month * Prem came before marriage and then he and Meera wd go to hostel for next sem * Geet knew their life is different than her * they have family and home but she had none * she had to manage herself to survive in this city and a good job was must for that * before opening d college she had to talk to Arjun for part time work after Uni hrs .

Maan left for his study * Dadima sensed that something troubling Geet .

Geet: Dadima I want some Indian dresses for marriage functions and I didn't have any idea from where i get Indian dresses in SF. Meera did all her shopping from Delhi but I stuck here with this broken leg .

Dadima : don't worry beta i'll help u and if u want sarees and lahangas of old style then I have many * I 'll show u and will be happy if u wore them * hum to ab unhe pahan nahi sakte aur ess ghar mei essa koi hai nahi jo unhe use kare .

Geet got d good chance to ask about Maan and GF * she asked hesitantly.

Geet: ek baat punchu Dadima?

Dadima: aap kuch bhi puch sakti ho beta .

Geet boost her courage to ask a very personal question about Maan .

Geet: i'm here from many days but didn't hear about Maan's GF ,, he told me about his and her relations but I didn't see her here * does she live in other city?

Dadima sighed : it was our bad luck and good luck also beta * we lost u and u wr in d hands of death bcoz of her , it was our bad luck and she cheated him and he left her it was our good luck * we warned Maan many times but he didn't listen * after Yash and Renu's death Maan became our weakness and he took advantage of that though we told him about his parent's wish but he was blind in her love and reality came in front of him after damaging everything * it was totally Maan's mistake and this house lost all its happiness .

Dadima left a deep sigh with wet eyes saying ,,Babaji insaan ko uski galti ki saza jaroor deta hei hei aaj nahi to kal .

A deep silence prevail there and Geet felt d pain of this elderly lady * she placed her hand on Dadima's hand to console her * she understood and watching that they wr repenting for their misdeed. Dadima composed herself and gave her a weak smile .

Dadima: chaliye hum aapko kuch dikhatey hei .

Dadima brought Geet in a room where 2-3 cupboard and some boxes wr kept * she opened one and took out a bundle wrapped in a fine cloth * she placed that on box and opened that * there wr 5-6 beautiful sarees with hand work .

Geet: wow!! Dadima these r very beautiful .

Dadima: ye humari hei ,, ab to hum enhe pahan nahi patey to sab pack rakhi hei ,,, tum jo chaho aur jitni chaho pahan lo ,, hume bahot khushi hogi agar tum ye pahanogi to . Dadima showed her many more sarees and lahangas of her young age which wr very beautiful , simple , sober and elegant .

Geet was reluctant but Dadima selected few for her and assured her that they would go to a tailor for fiting and for other shopping at eve * Dadima solved her main prob .
