He turned restlessly to the other side controlling the desires not knowing how she was managing to sleep on the floor that too so happily. He closed his eyes shutting all the thoughts which began to haunt him, soja Maan ... yeh ladki tujhe pagal kar degi, pata nahi kab tak mujhe isse dur rehna hoga, he rested his head on the hand trying to slip into sleep.
She saw her husband uncomfortably shifting on the floor so that he can take a nap atleast, no matter how much angry she could go she can't let him suffer this way. He surely needed punishment but then she can't take revenge this way ... she sat beside him and reluctantly placed his head on her lap making him to stare at his wife.
This is the reason I told you to go back, yaha kuch nahi hoga ... not even your minimum requirements, she said moving against the wall to support herself.
Jo mere paas hai mujhe wahi chahiye Geet, I only want you, he turned his head burying it into her stomach ... I am not going to fall for your cheesy lines, so dont try them on me ... you will leave tomorrow morning, he didn't answer irritating her further.
Maan aap sun rahe ho?? Raising her voice a bit she questioned him sternly, he took her hand and placed it on his ear ... At least ab toh mujhe sone do Geet, he wrapped his hands around her waist pulling her closer and slept making it difficult for her. The nuptial chain was so long that it hung in way resting on Maan's ear. Geet smiled and hovered her husband sleeping on him ... Her husband, in her lap and she was really blushing 😳
The next morning, Geet got up and It was a simple one room house having a bathroom but outside, and it was built up with bamboo sticks with no lock. Though the house had a boundary line he hated his wifey taking a bath in that so called stupid place. What adds to his misery is that Geet comes out wrapped in a towel ... She changes happily expecting him to not stare at her. And there was no space for him to go ... sometimes he pretends reading the newspaper watching his wife.
She would go and finish her work ... come back makes food and sleeps. This has been their routine for a week and when Maan felt relieved that they will return home Geet came up saying that her work schedule was extended for one more week as she had to sort out few issues.
Even after continuously being asked by Maan for atleast dropping her in the field she makes faces, he didn't know why. And like every day Geet came out of the bathroom,
She got embarrassed finding her husband staring at her body ... she wrapped the towel around and yelled at him ... dekh nahi sakte kya?? Its been a week and everyday this happens, you need to make out that I am in the room from the impressions of wet legs on the steps!!
Come on Geet, tumhe nahi dekhonga toh kise dekhonga?? He snapped back feeling really angry on his wife for saying this to him. It was his right to watch her if not touch her and she was making it bigger with her arguments.
Aap chahe kisi ko bhi dekho mujhe aap aise nahi dekhoge ... aur yeh tewar kisi aur ko jaake dikhana mujhe nahi, saying she changed into her dress.
He had no answers it was a daily matter, she expects him to make out her presence in the room soon she comes out of that stupid bathroom which had no lock!! ... Maan was used with this behavior of Geet ... after all he deserved it, but this house of her was something annoying!! She was definitely playing games with him!! But the fact was she was checking out how much sorry her husband was for leaving and going away without telling her!! that too for two months.
Packing her food, Geet left for work ... Maan had his breakfast and sat with his lappy to atleast work online with his commitments.

Yeh tune kya kiya Geet?? How could you forget the file?? How will you finish with the calculations?? Geet felt like banging her head onto something ... She pulled out her phone reluctantly to call Maan, only he can get her the file from home. Though he stays at home, he will remain busy with phone calls and work ... She simply cant disturb him, but having no chance left she punched his number.
Hello ... Maan paused not knowing the reason for his wife to call him, that too in just an hours time after she left for office.
Maan woh ... she stopped gathering her words for what she was going to ask Maan. He is not a normal man who could be told easily what she needs, what if he goes angry?? She was about to cut her call when she heard ... bolo Geet, kya chahiye??
She still didn't answer what she wanted .... Geet ... bolo kya chahiye?? He repeated, and then made out that she was not telling for some reason. Inhaling sharply he said ... I am your husband and for god sake tell me Geet what do you want??
Woh I forgot the file in the room, mujhe woh chahiye Maan ... aur main ab wapas nahi aa sakti I have no time, warna main aajati
He felt bad that his wife was feeling so hesitant in asking the file ... he took the address and somehow reached, dipped in sweat. She wondered checking her husband as to how he managed coming, she went towards him to wipe the beads and then gave him water to drink.
All the girls who were Geet's assistants began to drool on Maan ... and she had noticed it, she took him to her room ... came back to those girls and warned them, jisko kaam nahi karna yaha woh bahar jaa sakta hai, you are not here to stare at my personals.
She expected Maan to leave immediately and he was nowhere to leave ... probably he was enjoying the attention he was getting she thought. It took her an hour to finish the calculations and Maan sat staring at her for a long time.
She then left to the field for the survey work where the girls were already dying in the hot sun. Geet didn't know that Maan was following her, two girls giggled seeing Maan and another girl said it loud enough for Geet to hear ... kya mast lag rahe hai yaar, bas aise boyfriend mil jaye shaadi toh dur ki baat hai, he is so handsome.
Listening to their talks Geet turned around ... and saw the most awesome - sttt site ever!! Her husband's handsome features shimmering under the sun.
