Please help!!! Does anybody remember this story?

The plot followed something like this:

Maan and Geet were business partners and Geet was sick of waiting for Maan to fall in love with her so she left.

Her parents told her that if she doesn't marry some one of her choice in two weeks then they will marry her to 'Shekhar'.

And then I don't remember much but I remember little things such as Maan thought Geet was engaged to Dev and when he finds out she's not he goes to find her but she's getting married.

He then proposes to her near a lake (I think) and tells Geet he hired her fiance.

Okay, so obviously I am terrible at explaining and can not remember much! 😆 But it has been bugging me for ages so if you remember the story please do help me!

I'm not sure if this is the one you mean at all but the first part of what you said reminded me of 'The Locket'.

Edit: Oops, almost 100% sure I'm wrong now that you've added that bit.

Thank you so much for your reply! But yes you're right, it's not 'The Locket' but I love that story as well! 😊
