Well done to Maan for having the guts to stand up for not only what he believes in but also for the happiness of his family. He know that Geet has become an important member and it's not her fault that she is in this situation. I suppose the idea that a Bahu knows how to cook and clean aswell as take care of her family is something that society will always hold as a measurement tool and I don't see it changing very quickly. But hey I might be wrong - hopefully there are families out there who believe in someone as a person rather than an expectation. 😊
