CHAPTER-6

Everyone is being taken in the
study by Geet. VJ is not there yet. Everyone asks Geet if they know
why they were called here today. Yash says, "maybe, since Uday declined
to be the MD, he wants to tell us who the new MD is." Then Yash looks
at Uday and says, "Uday Why did you refuse to be the MD? I hope you
didn't take me the wrong way that day." Uday says to that, "no it's not
like that. I am not ready for that responsibility. Also there are other
people in this who deserve it more." Yash smiles and walks towards Uday
and puts his hand on Uday's shoulder then says, "Uday if we are talking
about responsibility. You would have done an exellient job. I want to give
you an advice don't make any decision in such a rush. I respect your
decision but I hope father doesn't take it the wrong way and think that
it's your weakness." Geet stops him from speaking any further by
saying, "please stop, why do you always thing wrongly of him. He just did
what he felt was right. Just wait and see how happy he'll be when he sees
all of you here" yash than says, "ok we'll see how happy he is and what
else is cooking up in his head."

While all this is going in the study, VJ is shown sitting in some room
monitering the conversations happening in the study via 7 television sets.

Back in the study Adi says that, "I just want to make one thing clear. I
don't care who gets the MD position, I just don't ever want it. I don't
want to do anything for papa." Kabir then says, "Oh bhaiya since when did
you start thinking like me?" Shar then interrupts Kabir and says, "Oh
godyou guys always need to make a big deal out of nothing. We are
here for a celebration. Not for war." Every just smiles to that and agree
with her.

Back in the room where VJ is spying on his kids, he thinks to himself, "All
these kids are mine. All of their destination is the same too, but their
road there is so different from each others. The way they think is so
different from eachothers. How can I make them one?"

In the study Shar is saying, "everyone has changed except you Kabir
bhaiya." Kabir replies to that, "The one that changes isn't Kabhir, then
again our father hasn't changed then how will Kabir?" Just then VJ enters
behind Kabir and every one tells him to shut up. Vj then enters and sits
down in one of the chairs. Bua enters after him. Then VJ talks a lot and
basically he says that, "that this party was an excuse to get everyone
togther. I worked a lot for this business empire and want to see it
running successfully by you kids. But you guys fell as though I want you
run your lives that's why each of you choose your own path. You left this
house, you left me thinking I want nothing to do w/ any of you. I will just
tell you think that you guys are wrong.

Yash , you made your own little world. I was the one who trained you in
discipline and hard work. Also I told Arjun to hook you up in the
journalism world. Adi, who taught you the ethics that you talk about now
(he's a laywer.) Uday, I offered you the MD post b/c you were the one
person who would have ran it will not b/c you were adopted. Don't forget
one thing, today the world know's Khurana family not b/c of one
individual but b/c of our empire. Kabhir, I know you can get other people
to do stuff for you, but remember one thing, one day no one will be
around and then you won't be able to do anything yourself. Maan, I know
you are mad b/c I didn't offer you the MD. I know you will be able to take
care of this empire and take it to the next level. You have learned all your
business skills from me but I don't want you to become like me..
become something better. But I think this is impossible b/c you are very
close to me.

My kids, I don't ever want any of you to go through troubles I have been
through. I did become the best businessman but never a responsible
father. I did make a lot of money but in return I lost my own. Also I don't
want any of you to lose anything precious like I did for success. When we
want our own to have a good life in the future, we become very strict with
them, which is what I did. Whether you believe me or not this is the
truth. I don't regret any decisions I made in this lifetime except one.
And the decision is to get Geet married to Dev. I have done her
wrong. I am sorry Geet, that I couldn't give you happiness. I have
called everyone here for Geet and we both want everyone to be
together. This mansion should become a home again. Lets put
everything in the past. I apologize for my shortcomings to my kids. I
request that you all come back to this house. I know an apology isn't
enough but I have an offer.

And the offer is that you come back to this house for a year and I will let
anyone do whatever they want. I will accept you as you are. At the end of
a year, each of you should make 25cores. It's because I don't want
anyone to feel that way that living in this house will be a financial loss to
anyone. At the end of that year anyone wants to join the family business
may join or go their separate path." Everyone is shocked to hear this.

Yash then thinks to himself, "Dad thinks that his kids think with their
hearts instead of their head. Dev has already left, and I now I won't
have to work too hard on making sure that none of the other brothers
come back. Dad just put more distance between everyone but making
this offer."

Everyone just leaves one by one then. In the study it's just VJ and Geet
left.

At Yash's house, Tara pesters him about what happened at his house?
Tara asks, "how was the party? Was papa happy?" Yash says, "remember
tara, you said that I am just like papa. But you are wrong. I am nothing
like him. Nor do I ever want to be like him. I went there b/c you wanted
me to and I thought maybe he will change. But I was wrong. He will
always be a businessman. You know what he tried to make a sauda of
today? His children. He tried to buy us today. You know how much
money he asked for from each child? 25cores. After today I have no
relationship with VJ Khurana. Tara then thinks to herself, "Just to bring
his kids home why did he put an offer of 25cores. What is he actually
thinking." ( Tara's confused face ).

CHAPTER-7

In the study where Bua, Geet, and VJ are there. Bua
goes up to Geet and says that, "Look what you did girl. These kids
when they left this house today hate their father more than when they got
here. Will you stop your drama about trying to get this family together."
Vj then tells Bua to stop speaking and asks Geet if what he did is right?
Geet replies that, "she doesn't know that yet. But what I know is that
you do miss your family a lot and want everyone to be together. The rest
of the family now needs to understand that."

Then at Adi and Sameera's(SAM) place, Sam is trying to convince Adi that,
"you should go back to your house. With your family is where you
belong. You will lose all your shares in the company. And then what will
you do when I go abroad?"
Adi says, "He doesn't care about the shares. I don't want you to leave.
Please don't leave me when I need you the most."
Sam says, "stop being so stubborn. I left everything and I am with you. I
love you, what more do you want."
Adi then says, "marry me."
Sam says, "I love and that is enough for me. I don't need a piece of paper
telling me that." Then she walks away.

In Geet's room, she is pacing the floor and thinking, "I hope papa
didn't put more distance between the kids. I wonder if any of them will
come back now."
Bua enters her room then and says, "What are you thinking about Ladki.
You should have gone into bollywood, I am sure they could have used you
there. What an amazing actress you are. Getting VJ to ask his kids to do
the impossible thinking that they won't come back and you'll get all the
money."
Geet says, "No bua, It's not like that. I just want everyone to come
back."
Bua continues, "do you know what you have done? Even if they do come
back you think they will stay? They will take their money and leave.'
Geet to that replies, "So what, they have a right to that money. What is
the point of earning all that money if you can't give it to your loved ones."
Bua keeps taunting Geet on how she wants all the money and that
after the kids leave they won't ever come back and Geet then will rule
the entire house. Then she says that, "Listen ladki, till I am in this house I
will make sure all your plans fail."

Then at a club Kabir is dancing with some girl and he tells her, "I will do
anything for you. What do you want?"
She replies, "I just want a drink right now."
Kabir goes to the bartender and tells him to make drinks for everyone.
He hands the bartender a credit card. The bartender tells him that his
card won't go through. Kabir says that ok make them anyways.
Bartender refuses to do so and Kabir gets angry and threatens him.
Bouncers come and kick Kabir out, all the while he is screaming, "You
don't know who I am. I will come back and buy this club."

It's morning and we see Geet doing the pooja. Uday takes the blessing
and talks to Geet about Papa and his offer. He thinks it was a bad
idea. He says, "I am sure Yash and Adi bhaiya won't come back now.
Papa shouldn't have used money that way to bring everyone back."
Geetishan says, "I didn't like that he used money to bring them back. No
one understands why he did that but I am sure there is good reason why.
He wouldn't intentionally hurt anyone." Then she looks at the gods and
says, "only they know what will happen now."
Uday says, "don't wait for me at dinner. I am going somewhere, where it's
jut me and my thoughts." And walks away.
Geet then thinks to herself, "First was a fail to bring everyone together.
I will have to do something again."

Geet then goes to Yash's and Tara's house. Tara says that, "after what
happened yesterday Yash will never agree on going back."
Geet says that, "We are all upset about what happened yesterday. But
papa's intentions weren't wrong. He just doesn't want his kids to go
through the struggle he went through. We are all waiting for your coming
back. You are the only one who can convince Yash to come back."
Tara says to that, "You don't understand. Yash is very stubborn. It took us
a while to make this small house our home, it was a struggle only we
know."
Geet says, "Yash didn't listen before either. But you made him
understand, please do it again. Don't you want to be in the house where
you are a bahu. Papa knows he made a mistake. We all have this
emptiness inside us until we all live together again." Geet leaves then.
Tara thinks to herself that she will have to do something to reunite him
with his family.

Then we are shown Arjun drinking at his house and pacing the floor. He
thinks to himself, "what went on in that study? I need to figure that out.
VJ ruined all my plans" Apparently he was going to do something bad but
now he can't because of something VJ did. He keeps saying, "I won't let
this happen, mein asia nahi hoone dunga. I will go to any length to make
the Khurana empire a Choudry empire. VJ I will never let you succeed."

Then we see Tara driving to VJ's house. She gets out and walks towards
the door and is about to step onto the stairs that lead to the house when
she stops because she hears a car coming up behind her. Then we see VJ
getting out of his car. Tara and Vj see each other.
