Next Day HM

After breakfast all were sitting and chit chatting..enjoying Sunday.

Geet: Mumma ab to kitne saare festivals lined up hain. Karvachauth, den diwali, uske baad bhai dooj, dev uthni gyaras and aapki wedding anniversary bhi.

Rano: Haan bachha wo to hai...bt kitni saari prep bi to karni hai...n kitni saare dishes b to bannane honge..

Geet: Mumma aap tnsn na lo..ham sab milke kar lenge...

It was a happy morning in Handa Mansion but geet was feeling strangely happy today...a different kind of anxiety surrounded her...but then she shrugged off the thought thinking may be yesterday she met maan in person and due to that she was feeling this kind of feeling...

Geet's thought came to end when KM's landline rang

Rano picked up the call

Rano: Hello..

Other side:

Rano: Namaste Maaji..!! Kaisi hain aap..

Dadi: ...

Rano: Ji ham b theek hain...

Dadi: ...

Rano: Ji theek hai...aapka swagat (welcum) hai hmare ghar main..

Mohinder: Rano kiska phone tha.

Rano: Ji..!! Wo Maan ki dadi ka ph ka tha...aj milna chah rai hain..thodi der m ghar aa rai hain..apne pure parivar k saath.

Rano: Geet, pari n Nikhil go n get ready...thodi der m khurana's would be here..

All 3: Ok ma..

Here in KM

Dadi was ordering everyone...from servants to Vicky and Aniee

Aniee was ordered to select dresses for maan and dev and look after shagun for rathore's and handa's. While Vicky made sure that everything which was to be taken is placed in car.

At the same time Maan was getting ready in his room and grinning like a fool. And Dev was no less than Maan.

After Some time..

All the Khurana's reached Handa mansion. Here a servant informed handas about Khurana's arrival...

Rano and mohinder welcome them whole heartedly.

DM: Hope we have not disturbed you..??

No no maaji replied rano immediately making DM smiled.

Auntyji geet didi dikhayi nai de rai asked over excited aniee. On which dev hit aniee lightly and aniee bit her tongue.

Meanwhile Nikhil also came down and greeted them.

Lots of refreshments were arranged for khuranas then pari and geet also came down

Geet was happy to see Maan there and you all know the reason y ??? *wink*

Where pari, aniee and geet instantly clicked together and was talking like no tomorrow and Vicky was rolling his eyes seeing them talking non-stop.

DM talked casually and after some time told the reason for her arrival.

DM: We really like geet and maan also like her. And wants to make her our grand dil.

Dm said this in one breath making maaneet to blush and leaving everyone in sweet shock or surprise.

After some time rano said we will be happiest person to have maan as our son-in-law.

Maaji i need to talk to you something in private...

Rano and DM went in a room where Rano told everything about geet and pari's adoption. DM told her that she had no problem with geet being adopted. She liked geet for what she is and not because of being Handa, which made rano relieved. DM also assured her dat no one in her house would have any objection.

And here outside maaneet were having eyelock..

Maaahiii

Aniee and other were looking at them dreamingly. Seeing them pari rembered Kunal and she blushed thinking about Kunal. And dev was remembering about naina.

Dev whispered to DM Maan bhai ke dil m shadi ka band to bajwa dia ab mere dil ka bhi socho meri pyari DM. Making dm to chuckle.

DM asked Rano if she could ask Naina and her family to be here, as she wants to ask Naina's hands for Dev from Naina's parents. And if everything went well then she would like to do roka today itself.

And our maaneet were lost in each other having no oblivious of their surroundings. DM cleared her thought to bring them from their dreamland, but that was useless when it come to our maaneet. Aniee, Vicky, pari and nikhil joined hands and shook them both to take them out from their la la land.

Rano-Mohinder were embarrassed to see their daughter like this.

Maaneet's face was flushed on being caught red handed. (Hayee MSK blushing dat too two times a day)

Finally Dev nudged DM

DM: Patience Dev, sabr ka phal meetha hota hai.., itni bhi kya jaldi hai naina se milne ki.

Rano aap plzzz jaldi se Naina k parent's se baat kijiye jaldi...wo kya hai na Dev is getting very impatient to meet his very soon would be wife...making everyone laugh. While Dev was sharam se pani-2.

Soon Naina and her family members arrived.

After chit chatting DM asked Naina's hand for Dev from Her parents.

Naina's parents were in confusion that could be clearly seen on their face.

Maaji please dnt get me wrong but hw can n dev-naina's alliance could be fixed...i mean our families belong to different cultural backgrounds..different kind of customs, rituals, etc everuthing is different and moreover what will society people say said Naina's mother.

DM smiled hearing her.

I completely agree wid u beta that our families have different cultural background. We have different customs, rituals etc n Naina is grown up in ur family so she knows all ur rituals and not ours. But i don't have any problem with that. She will be having complete freedom to follow all the rituals that are performed in ur culture and along wid Naina we would also learn some new rituals. I promise you nothing would be changed in her life. Her house would be changed and nothing else. N about society i think society is not bigger then ur daughter's happiness. Like every other girl's parents u would have also dreamt about getting ur daughter married to a good person...in a good house. Suppose if you get naina married in ur community and god forbid what's the assurity that ur daughter would be happy their..?? She would be married to some unknown stranger..but if naina n dev get married then you would be assured that ur daughter is in safe hands. Kittu, Naina's friend knows us very well. And geet is also coming to our house as our elder grand-daughter in law. So ur daughter would not be alsone their and would not feel strange in our house. Her friends would be with her. And moreover Dev luvs Naina and naina too like dev. This could be seen in deir eyes said DM.

Rano also made naina's parents understand.

Dadi: Are aaram se beta ji..

Naina's parents discussed everything wid each other, thought about wat DM n Rano said and finally agreed for the naina-dev alliance.

We are ready for the alliance said Naina's parents to everyone.

Everyone was happy hearing this news. DM u r the best...luv u mmuuaahh..said dev 2 dadi..to which dadi replied luv u bachhe..n hmesha aise hi khush rahiye.

Aniee said DM n Aniee went out to bring shagun for her would be bhabhi's.
