I do have a story on hold i am aware of it but i m in no right mood to continue that now

This story has been in my mind ever since i read sleeping with my enemy but no it is neither copy nor inspiration . just that when i was reading this story some idea popped into my mind

I have no idea how it will be proceeded.

lets see your opinions after reading the prologue and i ll continue accordingly

PROLOGUE

I looked at the strip in my hand as if my whole life depended on it. Well as a matter of fact it did. The one word that the strip going to display will change my entire life. Also life of many around me. My fears can be meaningless. Maybe the prawn I had last week is showing its effects. I should throw this strip away and go to a doctor and get medicines for allergy. Or maybe its the summer that caused dehydration. There is possibility that i could be diagnosed with some disease which whole medical science is unaware of. To be honest the whole idea of me dying with disease sounds better than my fear coming true. I checked the clock and when i knew that this is the moment that could break or make things i opened my eyes offering last minute prayer to all gods i possibly know.

'Pregnant'

My whole life came crashing down and before i could realize i was crying. Why me? After all i have gone through do i have to deal with a baby? My dreams have been crashed already and this baby now? What am i going to do? I heard the knock at the door and realized i m not the only one waiting for the result. I turned the knob and it felt as if i don't have enough energy for that as well.

As soon as i came out he stood from his spot and looked at me. From the expression in his eyes i couldn't tell what he was thinking.

" positive " i mumbled and i doubt if he had heard. But the look in my face should have conveyed the message.

I sat on the bed staring at nothing in particular. I was facing my back to him. After not more than a minute i heard the door shut and when i turned he was already gone. He walked away. Did I expect him to jump around and tell the whole world that i m pregnant and he is going to be a father? It would have shocked me even if he had stayed here to say it will be ok. He wasn't that type and I knew it. For god's sake it is not that the baby is created out of love. It was fruit of his ego, my prejudice and yeah some alcohol.

I held my head in my palm. What am i going to do now? The 'A' word was ringing in the back of my head but i was afraid to think about it. I caressed my stomach it was flat Duh! But now i know another soul is living there. A small baby maybe not more than the size of palm. Should i keep it? I don't fear the society well they don't count in this matter at the first place but I fear myself. Will i be able to manage? Without his help. I never needed his help. God why am I suddenly thinking about him. He doesn't worth it. I should keep it, shouldn't I?

Wowww ME FIRST :D :D Ok so comming to the story a very nice concept...& i think the person responsible for geet getting pregnat is none other than maan...hmm interesting continue soon :D

Awesome concept.!
Geet is pregnant...I am guessing its Maan's child..but still waiting for more to make it clear..
Loved the prologue...Will be waiting for the story.!
