Its been 2 months ..6 months since all this started ...and maan is still trying to get a start for his project along with doing his job but all in vain ..n another day started with geet getting up unsually earlier than sunrise ..well its karwa chauth ...n how could she not fast for the person she already considers as her husband .. n has given her life n soul to ...eating the sargi together with her aunt n brij's wife she attended the pooja n went to maan's house ..rushing as she was late ...
Reaching maan's house she opened the door with her spare key ...n went in only to see him sleeping on floor on that same foam asha tai given him ..

She bend down caressing his face pushing the few hair strands faling on his forehead n smiled seeing the innocence on his otherwise naughty face .. she just lost herself in his features his dark black hairs .. his now stubbled face ..n those perfect M-shaped lips ..for a moment her hand went down caressing his cheek to his lips a shiver ran down her spine ..butterflies flew in her stomach ..n she removed her thumb immediately to his jaw line ...lost in his angelic face she sat thr niharofying him ...off late its been difficult for her to be around him ... after all the idiot of a person he is ...always roams in front of her in his fav track n vest ...making her heart flutter with emotions she never knew existed in her ...its soo often she would be complaining to her fav babaji for making him so handsome that she can't stop herself but to droll over him ...abb koi itna handsome banda aapke samne hu tou koi bhi larki ke dil mien kuch kuch huga ...upar se he is so damn ignorant to it though every time he caught her droling him he would pass some teasing comment making her go red with embarrassment ...but again he won't stop teasing her with his antics ...a smile spread across her face remembering the emteen time he would just walk in the kitchen for no reasons n startle her by hugging her from back ...the first time he did that she almost screamed n gosh it was so difficult to even stir the spoon in the pan ... geet was so lost remembering her time in this little home of thr inn last few months ...all the struggles he is going through ... n caressed his hair back a feeling so over whelming spread in her entire being just with a thought that she is the girl to have his love ...she always knew the girl her friend would fell for would be the luckiest but never in her wildest dreams she thought maan would fall for her neither she ever saw him like that before her accident ...
but now she really do feels lucky to have a place in his heart for herself ... in all this maan smiled in sleep feeling geet around .. thinking he's dreaming n just then her trance broked n she pulled her hand away getting shy n embarrassed seeing her position so close to him ...shooking her head ..smiling with a blush ..she called him softly ..
Geet : Maan ...(no response) .. maan utho its late ..ummm (he smiled rubbed his face more into the pillow n slept again)... (she poked his biseps to shake him) ..uff maan plss utho tum late hujaoge aur mien bhi ..(but he smiled n took her palm In his hold n turned around n slept).. sone do na pluueejjj ..(she with effect had to bend down n the proximity made her stomach feel the dancing butterflies her whole body felt goosebumps shivering she took her hand off his hold).. maan dekho its already past 6:30 tumhain uthna nahi hai kya ..(turned again facing her n saw her opening his drowsy eyes n smiled).. Good Morning Mishty ..(geet blushed don't know when this blushing side developed in her but every time he address her with this name she can't help her cheeks burning with red hue but she composed herself n said bit sternly).. maan agar 2 sec mien tum nahi uthe na tou ...tou mien tumhare mou par pani daal dungi ..(maan frowned remembering the last time he was getting stubborn she actually did this thing n finally opened his eyes sitting up still in half sleep frowning like a small baby who don't want to wake up for school making her smile ..all she wanted was him to never loose this child side n mischievous nature .. coz that's what make him HER maan ..she stood up taking his duvet with a jerk making him open his eyes fully) ..challo now go n get ready ..FAST ..

Maan frowned but then actually looked up seeing his angelic mishty standing glad in white churridar with her hairs tied in a bun in a messy way still wet ..he was lost in her serene beauty she never used make up except for her dark coal n lip gloss ..but today she was looking divine with nothing on her face just simply her ..n this white color complimenting her white shinning skin ..
guess she was late today ...he wondered Miss.Perfect n Late ...but then he himself was getting late ..n rushed to washroom triping on his own shoes ..

geet : sambhal ke maan ..
she smiled n collected his shoes kept in a side ..n took out his shirt pressing it she kept it on the sofa with his pants purse n watch n went to make breakfast for him ..
his fav pasta n coffee .. maan peeped out looking whr geet is n saw her working in the kitchen showing her back to him ..he came out n collected his pants n shirt went in again to change .. geet placed his breakfast on the table while he was setting his hair correct ..
Geet : maan u are getting late ..jaldi karo ..
Maan (rushed towards the small table) : I am here ...
Geet : finally ..chalo jaldi se nashta karlo ..tab tak ill make ur lunch ...
But he stopped her seeing her allo parta not present thr ..
Maan : tumhara nashta kahan hai ..? n y only my lunch tum har rooz hum dono ke liye yahan hi banati hu na
Geet (smiled) : nahi aaj mene ghar par hi kha liya n wohh aaj half day huga office mien tou dad ke saath hi ghar jana parega ..(hesitated a bit n said looking away).. I ...I am sorry ...but aaj lunch saath nahi kar sakte ..
Thr was a clear dis-appointment on his face n she could see that .. she went away to make his lunch ..she didn't knew how to tell him she was fasting for him .. the girl's shy state ..she just couldn't put it all In words ..it was't in her to show off things she did for others n she didn't knew how to say it ..n gosh this dumb person has zero knowledge of religious festivals n will come up with his millions of question only to make her super embarrass ..so she decided to tell him at night only ...
Asha tai came in n maan greeted her as well as geet n went in to look after her vegetables on stook ..
Asha : maan wohh mere almari par se ek carton utarna hai bete tum utar doge ..
Maan : iss mien pouchna kya hai tai ..aap chaliye mien abhi utar deta hoon .. (said to geet).. geet mien asha tai ke ghar se aata hoon
Geet (from kitchen) : theek hai ..
Maan went to her house n helped her ..while coming out he noticed some decoration going on in the whole chawl ..confused he asked to asha tai ..
Maan : asha tai kisi ki shaddi hai kiya ..??
Tai (smiling) : nahi aaj karwa chauth hai ..
Maan : wohh kya hota hai .
Tai : karwa chauth har suhagan ke liye sab se eham din hota hai . iss din wohh apne pati ke liye poora din wrath rakhti hai aur uski lambi umar ki kamna karti hai .. aur aane wale 7 janmoon tak uss ka saath mangti hai ..
Maan : par poora din bina khaye
Tai : arre subha suraj ugne se pehle sargi khati hai na ..
Maan : wohh sab larkiyan .. wohh bhi shaddi kar chuke kal tak tou nahi huyi thi ..
Tai (smiled) : arre budhu kuwari larkiyan bhi yeh wrath rakhti hain ta ke unhe acha sa pati mile ya who larkiyan bhi jin ke mann kisi ne pehle hi wohh jaga bana li hu .. jis ko who apna pati maan chuki hoon .. sagaai k baad b larkiyaan yeh vrat rakhti hain (paused n then said) .. tu geet se hi pouchna ..uss ne bhi tou aaj wrath rakha huga ..(went away smiling) ..
Maan thought for a while ..she wasn't coming to lunch ..she isn't having her breakfast ...usne ghar par kha liya ...

Maan (st) : shit means wohh aaj poora din bina kuch khaye mere liye ...damn u maan ..
Maan ran inside his house n saw geet preparing the lunch ..he stopped infront of her panting ..geet looked at him confused then offered him a glass of water but he refused asking her ..
Maan : tum ne mere liye wrath rakha hai karwa chauth ka ..
Geet looked at him shocked for a moment then looked down not knowing what should she say ..would he be angry she didn't told him ...ofcourse knowing him he will be .. maan got his answer n slaped himself mentally to have thought otherwise .. n pulled her face up lifting her chin with his forth finger ..
Maan : bola kyun nahi ..??
Geet (shying looked every whr else than him) : wohh ..ermm .. mujhe samajh nahi aaya (bit her lower lip inside in nervousness) aapko kaise pata chala ..i mean who ..
Maan filled with so much of love with every of her gesture n hugged her tight hiding his face in the crook of her taking her by surprise ..reluctantly ..shying she hugged him back ..hiding her blushing self in his embrace ..
Maan (still holding her in his embrace) : mujhe abhi asha tai ne bola ..
Geet smiled n hugged him close feeling relieved he wasn't low not at least n thanking asha tai in her heart to have told him or else she would have to ..
They stood thr still in each other's embrace maan just couldn't get over the happiness felt by every of her small n big gesture .. still she won't say she loves him but every of her act speaks volumes .. after a moment geet parted n looked down shyly ..

Maan smiled at her blushing self n left to grab his files while geet stood thr composing her flushed self still smiling maniacly .. finally done with his lunch she walked out of the kitchen n settled her now dried hair ..but saw maan's breakfast as it is un-touched confused she looked for maan who was now collecting some papers ..n went towards him ..
Geet : tum ne nashta nahi kiya ..?? pasta acha nahi bana ..
Maan (smiled tis been months she is cooking for him n every time she'll be scared if he liked or not) : nahi actually aaj na tum yeh lunch bhi yahin chordo ..
Geet (confused) : kyun ..??
Maan : well who kya hai na ..i believe in perfection tou tumhare favorite babaji ko mien koi bahana nahi dena chahta for next 6 lives ...tou tumhare saath aaj mien bhi pray karoonga ke wohh hum dono humesha ek saath rakhe ...
Geet (shocked) : tum wrath karoge ...??
Maan (casually) : yup ..
Geet (worried) : but tum ne tou khaya bhi nahi ..aur poora din bina khaye kaise ..i mean ..plss iss ki koi zarorat nahi hai ..
Maan : well its no more a choice mene decide kar liya ..mien wrath rakh raha hoon n that s final .
Geet : par maan ..//
Maan (put his finger on her lips silencing her) : shhh .. chup bilkul chup 😳 ..mene kaha na mien fast kar rahoon tu bas kar raha hoon .. tum bas yeh bolo mujhe Handa House aana huga ..ya tum yahan aaogi ..??

Geet looked at him in awe ...she never thought even in her best dream that some1 will actually love her this much ..but guess her babaji is merciful to his favorite child .. she smiled looking at him . for a moment she felt like just be with him lost in his embrace like always .. n spent her whole life ...alas it's a long journey still left for that to happen ... n with a sharp voice she came out of her trance ..
Maan : kahan kho gayi madam gi ..i know I look too hot to resist in this office attire but still I am all urs na ..tou abhi jawab tou do kahan milna hai .. uske baad jitna ghoorna hai ghoor lena ...
Geet looked away getting caught yet again turning red she cursed herself n this day ..uff his teasing comments are her death ..
Geet : ummm ..wohh mien ghar ki pooja attend kar ke aapko yahan par miloongi ..
Maan (thought for a while) : but than it will increase ur fast timings na ..aur upar se poora din fast kar ke u'll travel here .. nahi mien wahan aajata hoon ..
Geet (worried) : nahi maan plss aisa mat karna ...(maan looked at her confused)... wohh dad ..u know it na unhoon ne kuch bhi official nahi kiya tou ..(looked away not wanting to hurt him still not knowing how to say she can't reveal her feelings for him infront of the world knowing it will put both family's reputation at stake) .. wahan sab media persons hunge ..aur fir sabko pata chal gaya tou hum dono ki family reputation ...(maan now got her point of concern ...he defo didn't wanted any questions rising on his family either... he left a sigh so as geet realizing he agreed) ..
Maan (reluctant) : okiee as u wish ..but do be careful aur plss iss fast ke chakar mien apni tabiyat mat kharaab kar lena ..
Geet (smiled) : gi mere aka ..aur kuch ..
Maan (smiled at her) : hmm ..ek aur cheez
Geet (confused) : kya ..??
Maan came a step 4ward n pecked her forehead gently lingering thr for a bit long
n then went away with a contended smile .. while geet stood thr still feeling his lips on her skin ..smiling she twirled around doing the rest of the doing she went to her office locking the house ...
