Nainatara joined in k.c. as joint m.d. Before t6hat Maan called meera and asked her o come home and offered m.d. post to her . But meera refused that saying she dont want aqny property and status she only wants vicky to be changed and love her. She told tat she had plenty of money at her parents ghar, and she assured him that she will be o.k. there.Without ayother choice maan made naintara as jointm.d. to k.c.
Soon after joining at k.c. naina started the impliment her plan step by step. First she wanted to gather employees towards herself by gathering pity for Dev.and potraying maan as a selfish man.She collected all information regarding maans business through her chamchaas by throwing some petty money to them.She gathers all the accounts information which is very confidential. She learned that maan had some truthfull employes who will give their lives to maan if needed through them maan places tenders. They r Arjun,Aadhi, Prasant, Saasha, Taasha, Yash etc...etc..These r very important employes in k.c..First she wanted to have grip on all the activities of office. She wanted to bring Maan into her grip by hook or crook. For that she may stoop to any low. She even place herselfin stack to seduce Maan. She wants to become the key role in business matters ,for that shehas to throw out maans truthfull employes,like aadi arjun prasant yash etc..etc..out of k.c. by involving them in some frauds.
For that she planned something. First she wanted to send prasant by blamming him not submitting tender in time ,as k.c. is bidding tender to a govt project. Maan gave full responsible to prasant.Prasant has to make tender quoting the amout. It is highly confidential no one canbe known it except Maan. Here she wants to play her game. She somehow managed to steal the cover and stopped fr. going to tender office.
Finally the tender date came., and tender starts at 2.p.m. Here MAAN, arjun.Aadhi, Prasant went on a meeting with travelling co. which Maan wants to buy .By the tender time they can returnafter meeting.
As they r returning fr. meeting the clerk fr. tender office phone karke pucha where is their tender?time tho ho rahahai, abhitak aap ki tender nahi mila hume.
Maan shocked and asked prasant:_ U didnt submitted tender till now?
Prasant:-surprised and tolD, i send it 2 days before sir, but wat happened?
Maan;- Ramanujam says abhitak humari tender nahi mila/ Ye kya ho rahahai mera office me?
koi itna irresponsible kaise hosakthe hai?ab tender ka time bhi nikalja raha hai 30 mts me.
Prasant,ye saari jimmedari mai tum per sopayaa, mujhe nahi malum tha tum itna irresoponsible ho?
Prasant:- sir, isa nahi hai sir maine sab,tayaari ki aapkobhi dikhayasir ,patanahi kaha galathi hogayi.
Arjun:- Jiju;prasant is right. he is not at all irresponsible . something went wrong.
Aadhi:- sir, we think it later watever happed . but first we have to surrender our tender within 30 mts. think about it.
Maan:- How can we aadi? hamare paas sirf aadha ghante hai. aur hume janekeliye lagbhag one and half hr lagegi kaisa hosaktha hai aur tender bhi phise banana padegana.
Prasant is thinking very seriously various options. suddenly he remembered wat happend twodays before,while he preparing tender in his house.
