When he came out she said loud "Kanjoos" "What?? " "K-a-n-j-oos" She said in low voice this time.

He turned towards her in attitude "Excuse me?? "

"Aur nahi to kya' all my friends got gift from their husbands on their first night" Smile automatically formed on Maan's face with her sudden talk but immediately he came back to his own self.

"You will get your gift tomorrow"

"but rajji told me, pehle ghunghat uthate hai, phir muhdhikhai'. I want it like that' nahi to rehne do aap" she twsted her lips inside her veil.

Maan stood there for a while, was he really talking to his wife or a child whom you cannot deny.
