Okay, here I am. Finally read chapter twelve. And this comment is in relation to that chapter.

First of all, just love the music! Absolutely! ❤️

In this chapter, what stood out for me was the hesitant conversation between the friends. Of course, Maan being the hero has a special place which need not be mentioned! 😉

Apart from the guilt that Tweesha felt at leaving Geet alone, there was a strange sadness in their conversation. The walls they'd both built around themselves weren't letting them really talk...
I did feel like Tweesha lied about being in the cafe. Don't know why, though. Probably because of her hesitation in telling the name of the friend.

"...this was not the moment to open the door between them."
This one line is so well-written. It tells where these two stand now. And it made me a little sad to witness how much estranged the once-best friends have become. Now I wonder if Tara was actually the bridge between these two. Can these two bridge the gap, open the closed door between them in Tara's absence?

There was a snippet of the past as well. I think the last time we only had one word that was shared between the one who jumped and Geet. This time, however, it shows that Geet did try to do a little to stop him from jumping off. And now I really want to know who the man was, was he related to Geet, and did he survive or not...

"...wondering why was life throwing her at his mercy, time and again."
I'm not sure if I'm deluding or something, but this line doesn't seem like it's for these two times that they have met and Maan saved her. One of the said two times, she wasn't even in danger! So why did she think life is throwing her at his mercy time and again?

One thing I've always loved about Maan's character in the show, and it's in this Maan, is the subtlety with which he cares. His words won't show his concern but his tiny actions will. And needless to say I loved him bringing her home and staying there till she gained consciousness!

Thanks for this chapter Shika! It has raised a few questions in my head which I'm hoping the next chapters will answer. Which brings me to the chapter thirteen. Haven't read it yet, so I'll be back soon with a comment on that one. 😳
