As the bitter past ended dev was shattered completely, it was indeed she has faced so much but in all that there was no fault of geet its only her fate and then god how can he be so cruel to a girl?? He didn't know what to say or do just stood numb to her. It took some while for dev to come back to the reality, even then his lips got locked looking at the way geet was crying. He hugged her immediately consoling her, the pain, the agony she has been hiding since a long time has opened again and its now getting unbearable to her. She clung to dev lifelessly, I wanna die dev I really wanna die jab se maan se pyar hua jeene ka mann kar raha hai par main jee nahi sakti, this life of mine is a curse to him so did it was for my mother. A person was watching all this from the glass door, only the view of geet hugging dev burned him he couldn't hear their conversation but the way dev was holding her ... his thoughts broke with the phone call of him. He picked it up and walked towards the terrace, the mansion was decorated beautifully. Vicky, younger son of khurana's his brother is coming back after finishing his studies finally that's the reason dadima was throwing a welcome party for him and here sameera was getting ready for the party to look her best as its maan's birthday too, which he too forgot only the sad flashes of geet rung in his mind. He stood watching the sunset ... Kyun geet?? kya hai dev bhai aur tumhara rishta?? How can you run into somebody's arms like that?? He threw his cell phone breaking it into pieces. He stomped inside the room with sheer rage and acute pain hurting him with the way things were changing around him.

It was evening all the guests started to arrive and geet was moving here and there with the arrangements for the party while sameera was waiting for maan to come down. She was loosing all her hopes to become a khurana bahu with the withdrawl she is observing in maan's behavior. Dev and geet went to dadima's room to talk to her. BOTH OF THEM DECIDED TO MARRY EACH OTHER!! For dev it was just because he didn't want maan to face the same phase which he went through and for geet it was just because she wanted maan to move on, she will die one day. Dadima's face literally beamed with joy with the acceptance, she decided to get them engaged in the evening's party IN AN HOUR!!

Finally Vicky singh khurana arrived, he ran inside the mansion from the back door to surprise all the family members especially dadima. When he went inside her room he found dadima and sameera talking, he slowly entered making sure both of them didn't find him coming towards them. Geet and sameera sat together as the dancer started on the song, Vicky stood with dev far away watching sam and she too was stealing glances at him blushing all the while.

Geet blocked maan's way when he was about to leave the place getting irritated every minute. Only he knows how deeply he was geeting hurt. He held geet's arm and pushed her away from his way but could go when dev came to him taking him back to the party again.

Dadima, Vicky clapped to the beauties dancing by now few women joined geet and sameera as the crowd increased it became easy for Vicky to stand beside sameera. Maan was only watching geet thinking when all this drama of her will end.
