My guess is the card is black and white because all the colors of the rainbow were in "COLORS"...

Palin, that is an amazing idea. Really unique and awesome. But why 'blue' was less? Anyways, nice way to celebrate and know, alltogether. Me will cast my "keemti" vote as soon as i will "face" my PC. Again, very much like you, splendid idea.
