Geet was happy. She was going to have her own room. Never had she dreamt for it. But it was her deeper desire to have her own personal place. She opened door and found a small room, filled with stored things, not so dirty. She stepped inside, with smile. Her eyes had shine. She closed door behind . She touched a covered furniture and threw sheet on floor, flying in air. It was a small bed. She raised next sheet and threw it, jumping. It was a wooden desk, along with chair. She was laughing and uncovering whole furniture and things. She heard a knock on door. It was nakul. He came to help her. he shifted some furniture to other room. Geet choose only a bed, a desk and chair and a small wardrobe for her. She dint need more furniture. She cleaned whole room, changed bed cover and curtains. She took colored news papers and spread on table like table cloth. She kept her things over it.
She looked her room. It was complete. Her small home. Now she could starch her legs and arm, while sleeping. Now she would not need to worry for her dress , is it on right place or not. Now she could sleep without wearing Dupatta (Scarf), which always suffocated her. Now she can awake at night if she would not feel sleepy. Now she could do, any thing she wanted. Her beautiful room. She nicely placed her a pair of suit, a pair of shoes, a comb and two hair bands. It was all she had and most important, it was all only of her.

It was 11 at night
Maan finished his work. He needed coffee. He went downstairs to find nakul but he had already left. He dint want to trouble Geet but looking no option he knocked her room. " Geet!! '' he called. Getting no response he pushed door slightly. It was open. He peeped inside, little hesitating. He looked, it was empty. He saw room. It was not at all his storeroom. It was cute. very well maintained. He felt warm here which he always missed in his room. There was no AC or any lavish furniture or machines yet , more cozy then his room. He was staring her room when heard a sound " Maanji '' .
he turned and found Geet was there, standing in her signature posture. " aapko kuch chahiye tha '' she asked.
"haa.. wo coffee '' he said. She nodded and went to kitchen. Maan didnt want to go in his room so he waited there only, in her room. He was there when his mobile rang. He picked ..
" I dont want to listen anything, I want this work to be done tonight..
" wo sab mai nahi jaanta.. I want this news in morning paper all over.. understood.. '' he shouted and cut. Geet listened his whole conversation from behind. She dint guess what he talked but she knew, he was little angry and tensed. She wanted him to feel better, as he did her last night. " Maanji..aapki coffee'' she called
Maan took and turned. He had no wish to go as he was feeling so lonely and sick. " Geet .. kya mai thori der yaha baith sakta hu '' he asked. He asked first time , for doing his wish. It amazed him but this time nothing mattered. She nodded and sat on chair, whereas he on bed.
Both were quite. Only one sound was breaking silence every second, that was his sipping coffee sound. Geet was observing him. She could guess, he was not feeling well. His frowned and red eyes was telling his sickness. She felt bad for him. She stood and started to go. " kaha jaa rahi ho Geet?? '' Maan asked.
"ek min Maanji '' she said and came back in few minuets. She handed over a pain killer . Maan looked her " ye kya hai ''
"you are having body pain na ..so take this, will be feel better'' Maan dint objected. Like a child he took pills and ate with coffee.
"Maan ji ek baat puchu '' she asked , after thinking much
"hmm''
"aap kya.. humesha se... matlab aap yaha akele '' she wanted to ask about his family but could not find right word. Maan understood. He stopped sipping and looked her. She looked down " if you dont want to ..then its okk Maanji.. maine to bas ase hi ''
"koi baat nahi Geet.. raat bahut ho chuki hai .. tum so jaao '' saying he left. Geet saw his retreating figure. Dont know why, she felt he is so alone. Till now she had known he was very good person from heart, still used to show his anger always, to world. Why ?? she could not guess. But then she decided she would take care of him, as he always do for me '' she slept, in her new home.

Morning
Geet was adamance today, she would not let him go without breakfast. She was keeping spy eyes on his room. As she saw he was descending for leave, she haste to him " Maan ji '' called from behind . Maan stopped and turned.
"wo.. break fast '' her whole will went to drain.. could not speak complete. But he understood. "Geet mujhe bhukh nahi hai '' he said
"please '' she said being sad. He looked her meek face. " thik hai .. lagao '' he said and went to table. She smiled and run to kitchen. " nakul bhaiya .. Maanji ka breakfast... ''
nakul- I know Geet.. maine dekha '' he was happy for Maan. And Geet care for his. Both settled food on table and left, leaving him alone. Maan cherished food so much. He finished almost entire food and felt better. He was leaving when got call. Hearing what other-side said, he nodded and cut.
"nakul '' he called .. nakul run to him " ji Maan Sir''
"Geet ko aaj ka newspaper padhne ko bolo '' saying he left. " aaj ka paper ?? Geet ko ?? '' nakul was confused. Then a guard gave a Hindi paper to nakul and told, Maan Sir had given this for Geet. Nakul became more confused. " ye Maan Sir ne Geet ko kyu padhne bola'' .. he called Geet and handed over paper. Told what Maan had said. Geet too went super confused but when she read headline, her eyes widen
