Present

Lights still didn't come and the apartment became very hot...geet...to divert her mind...started to clean the house with a broom...maan was sitting on the couch...doing some office work in his laptop...and reading something from some files...when he saw her brooming the floor...he smirked...

...and here...the poor baby was engrossed in brooming the floor in a sitting position...

When she came to the couch...and bent down to broom under that...maan placed his legs on her back...in a relaxing position...

Geet looked at him with anger...maan smiled and was working as if nothing happened...geet simply got up without bending...for that maan slipped from the couch and fell on the ground on his backside...

''oooh...!ouuuch...!Geet???''maan stood up continuously rubbing his butt...(LOL...good)

Geet tried to hide her smile but maan saw that...he too smiled...at least geet smiled...!

it's been a long since power has gone...the candles were about to melt off...geet pocked maan and showed him the last candle...cause if he goes out...then she would be able to try to escape...

Maan simply called someone to bring some candles...

Geet looked at him curiously...

Maan said...''what?...that's my body guard...all of them r here in the area...for our protection...umm...your protection...''

Geet's face fell that means maan won't leave the place...

Geet went to the washroom and took a quick bath as it was very hot...

Maan saw her coming from the washroom...her head was covered with a towel while she was wiping her face with another one...she was looking as fresh as a flower...oh! God...he has to control...so he too quickly took the towel from her hand and went to the washroom...

While doing shower...maan screamed to geet...''Jaan!...suno...if the pizza deliver boy comes...there's money on my wallet...!''

Geet was fixing the daily news papers...suddenly...she looked at the wallet...and took some money out...she placed the remaining candle in her room and locked her door...as if she is in that room...then slowly opened the main gate without making any noise...she peeped outside...there was a sari of her neighbor hanging on the rope...she swiftly took it .just then the pizza deliver boy came...she immediately gave him the money and sent him away...she placed the pizza on the table and quickly wore the saari over her shorts and top...and took off the towel from her head...her hair was completely dry...cause she didn't washed her hair...

And simply ran away...

Maan came out from the shower and looked for geet...there was light coming from her closed door...she signed and switched on his torch from phone and saw pizza on the table...''geet come out quickly...i won't start without u...''

Just then one of his body guard came and have him the candles...he took it and the man was about to go away...

...just then maan said...''Wait...! How did u come in...the door was locked...wasn't it...?''

''no sir...it wasn't...!''

Maan jumped up from the couch and ran to her room...the door is locked...he knocked...''geet...open the door...geet...r u there...GEET ?...GEET...!!''

Maan...with one strong kick broke the door and saw the room empty...

''...GOD DAMN IT...!''maan kicked he bed in rage...

he didn't think even in his dreams that geet would go out in that dress...

''She is wearing a green shorts with a pink top...and her hair was wet...she just had a shower...these r the info u need to find her...so FIND her...in 20 min...''

The guard ran out to inform others...

''Geet u played with my trust...my love...i wont forgive u for that...i can't believe that u...''maan called someone...''geet ran away again...find out about her office and whom she is closed to...get it done...NOW..!!!''

Saying this he too ran out to find her...

Geet went out from the area...she noticed that many people was looking here and there...as if looking for someone...she signed in relif...her plan worked...they r looking for some girl with short dress with wet hair...so they won't pay any attention to her...who is in a white saari...and long dry hair...

Geet tried to walk as casual as possible...but she quickly left the place...she took a rickshaw and went to her office...to collect pinky's address...she forgot what it was...

She saw the office was working on full swing !...she went to kunal's room who was hell busy with calls...and files and projects...and what not..!

His table was full of files...and he was looking as if he was just come from a war...!

Kunal suddenly noticed her and blasted on her...''U R LATE...!! 12 HOURS LATE...! i said office starts from 9am...not pm...geet...!!what is wrong with u??? Do u even know what went though me without u...i mean without a PA...and typist...!!!

Geet dipped her head down...and tried to say something...

''...no..no...! don't give me any excuse...now start working...we have to work here for atleast 4 hours...type these...do one thing...do it here...then i will be able recheck it quickly...then the work will be done fast...''kunal made her sit on the chair in front of the pc in his room...and gave her some files...

Geet silently started working...without protesting...first of all...she was guilty...and secondly...she didn't want to be on the road...she might be tracked down then...

And here kunal was missing geet like hell...he was frustated the whole day...he thought of going to geet's home...but pinki forbade him from doing that...geet might think him as a flirt...!...so he was super angry on pinki...

But when geet came...it made his day...he put her in front of him so that he can helplessly gape at her for these 4 hours...

Geet started working...her work was almost done...just then she and kunal heard crowd...like humming...as if somethig has happened...geet looked through the closed blinds...and saw...

...Maan Sing Khurrana coming towards kunal's cabin with 4 body guards...,

Geet's eyes widen in shock...she jumped up from the chair...and hurriedly started to look for place to hide...

Kunal looked at her amused...what the hell is she doing...!

Geet quickly wrote something in a paper...gave it to kunal...and hid under the desk of kunal...

Just then Maan Singh Khurrana entered gesturing his body guards to wait on the door...

Kunal was baffled at geet's action...he forgot to look in that paper...geet...under his table...and this...the Maan Singh Khurrana...standing in front of him...who is just seen in magazines and TV...!

Kunal stood up and shook his hand with maan...''it's an honour sir...!''

''Same here...i heard about u from Daadima...''maan told him coldly...

''Oh...! Saavitri Devi ji...it's an honour knowing her...she really hepled me a lot for building this company...''karan said happily.

''yes...indeed she is a charming lady''maan said without any emotion...

Geet was listening the conversation with terror...if maan finds out geet here under kunal's table...then kunal is doomed and her punishment will be worse...

''Mr. Arora...i have come here with a purpose...and i don't like wasting time...so please co-operate with me...''maan said suddenly with a strange voice that created a chill down both kunal and geet's spine...

Kunal composed himself quickly and said with curiosity...''sure mr.khurrana...what can i do for u..?''

''Saavitri Deviji recommended a girl to u...recently...her name is geet...i want the peronal info about her...like who she is close with...''maan said very seriously doing something in his cell.

kunal's jaw dropped...he came here just to gather personal info about a girl...The Maan Singh Khurrana...???

Geet was shiverring hard...she pressed her mouth tightly with her palm to keep quiet .

''Has she done anything wrong...i mean...she seem's like a good girl to me...''Kunal asked being super confused.

''I just demanded the info...Mr.Arora...not questions...do u have any info about who she might be close with...?''Maan said very coldly...looking straight into his eyes...

Kunal looked at the paper in his hand...''PLZ...Don't tell him anything about me...i'll explain everything later...''

He looked back at maan...''Mr. Khurrana...Geet joined here yesterday...but didn't come on her 2nd day...and she can't talk...so there is no question on befriending anyone in one day...!''

Maan looked at him directly for sometime...then looked at his cell phone for some time''Hmm...u'r right...then i should get going...good night Mr. Arora...''

Maan got up and shook his hand with him...and left taking his body guards...

Maan went out of the office...and called someone...''I've hacked his PC and copied his employee's file...i'm sending the data...ask the pizza hut emplyee's to recognise the person who was there with her that night...i want it done in one hour...''

Kunal said,''come out...he's gone...and tell me what the hell was that about...??''

Geet slowly came out...and sat before him...she still was shiverring.

She wrote something on the paper and gave it to him.

He took it and read it...

''Daadima has helped me to run away from delhi...from that monster...he knows where i live so i have to spend the night somewhere else...can u plz give me pinki's address..?''

Kunal looked at him in pity and gave her the address.''jaao...u should not be on the road alone...my driver will drop u there.''

Geet smiled at him greatfully and left after doing all her work quickly.

...it's about 10:45...pm...she was
standing in front of pinky's
house...hesitant to press the bell...what will she tell her...but
she had to hide somewhere...cause anywhere
is better than with that cold blooded
monster...

no sooner had she pressed the
switch...the door opened and Maan
came out...before she could register that
it is Maan...he locked her right hand
with a handcuff...and the other hand
cuff in his hand...

''See...now we won't be apart from each other...''

Geet stood there rooted...what else she could that time...all her plans...all her efforts seemed to go in drain before him...

She looked at him with terror...she slowly looked at the handcuff which was on her wrist...

Maan said smiling...''every couple has bonds...well, we r different...thats why people can see our band...literally...''

Geet looked at him confused...he seemed to be totally different in that office...more like another different person.

''Chalo...delhi chalte hai...i have bought a house just for us...bauhot ho gaya ye hide and seek...we r going now...hey!...lets drive...u... me...and a long drive...it will be fun...i'll send the helicopter away then... ''maan called and ordered them to ready the jeep and send the helicopter away along with them...

They left...maan looked at her and said...''see...now it's just u and me...''

Maan looked at her dress and said..''Geet it's bad to steal something from neighbor na...i had to give her a 1000 note to stop creating fuss...obviously we can't raise our children here na geet...?''

Geet looked at him with anger...she started trying to free herself.

''Geet...it's a hand cuff...it won't open without the key...now stop creating drama...and come with me...''Maan said slowly.

Maan pulled her to his car.geet looked at the jeep and was shivering badly...she panicked and started protesting...she started crying wildly...

Maan looked at her painfully...he held her close and hugged her crushing her in his arms...

''i can never harm u even in my dreams geet...plz geet...u don't have to love me geet...don't love me...just hate me as much u like...but plz don't leave me...i'll die without u geet...!''maan tried to calm her down placing his forehead on hers and rubbed her nose with his...

But geet was not calming down...she was continuously crying and looking at the car with terror...

Maan jerked her shoulder with force...''LOOK AT ME GEET...!...I WILL NEVER LET ANYTHING HAPPEN TO U...!!!''
