Part 3:

Maan took muskaan in his arns and they both headed to dining hall where no one is waiting for them. He knows his sister is more interested in parting and hanging out with friends rather than family. But he never complained, he gives what ever he wants. He even failed as a brother, he couldn't take care of his own sister. But he don't want his daughter to be like that, he wants her to know the value of a family.

Nakul prepared dinner for them and maan made muskaan eat her dinner. But the little doll is giving tough time to her papa as she is not ready to eat and making faces while eating.

"Beta why you are not eating?" Asked maan.

"Pa.. mujle nai khana.." (papa mujhe nahi khana) told muskaan making yucky face. Maan smiled at her and asked "why my princess don't want to eat?"

"Pa.. yorl plinchess want to play" (papa.. your princess want to play) told muskaan smiling widely. Maan acted like he is thinking and told "hmm.. papa will play with you when you eat." Muskaan made a sad face and told ok. Because after that she can play with her papa.

They both ate their food and he took her to play room where all the toys are placed, muskaan jumped in joy and she is playing with the toys and maan is just admiring his princess. Then maan remembered some thing and left from there. Muskaan is busy in playing. Maan returned with a icecream in his hand as he promised her he will get a ice cream in the evening.

"Doll.. this is for you" told maan and gave her ice cream. her face lit up seeing that and she ate happily messing her drees and face with the cream. maan saw that and smiled. He took her to washroom and washed her face and hands, changed her dress and made her sleep. Muskaan slept on his chest holding his collar tight.

Seeing his doll sleeping peacefully, he slowly made her sleep on the bed and loosened the grip of her hand from his collar. He kissed her forehead and left the room. He went to his study and was checking the mails and replying to them. It took almost 3 hours for him to complete his work and it is ast 1am. He looked tired but not feeling sleepy. He once again checked muskaan and she is sleeping soundly.

Maan came out of doll's room and was going to kitchen to have some water but his eyes fell on a roon which he didn't open from past 2 years. He hated that room now, but today something pulled him like a magnet and want to go to that room. He took the keys and unlocked it. he opened the door and found it all muddy and dirty. Things are scattered here and there and there are some books and few articles. He entered into the room and it is so dark. He switched on the lights and saw that the room is filled with family pics, which maan himself decorated when he decided to express his feelings to geet. This was once geet's study room. She completed her medicine in India. She use to spend most of her time here.

Maan looked around, this room has so many memories with him. His mind is thinking about geet but his heart don't want to feel her, his heart is filled with only hatred for her.

Maan removed all the photos of geet and tore them into pieces like his heart broke into pieces when she left him.

"Why geet why you came into my life when you want to leave me in the middle. You never spoke to anyone, but your actions show it all. I thought you too loved me but I was wrong. For the first time MAAN SINGH KHURANA was wrong. You shouldn't have don't this to me geet, what our daughter did that she is craving for her mother's love. How can I live without you geet? Your presence mak me feel better, but I couldn't understand what are you? I don't know anything about you. Why you are like this geet. You didn't talk to me even once before leaving."

A cool breeze touched his skin and a small smile formed on his lips. The cool breeze which reminds him of his geet.

"U know geet, every evening you use spend your time in garden and I use to admire you from my study room, which you never noticed. The way you pin your hair when they are falling on your face and disturbing you. But why I never saw a smile on your face. Some times you look pleasant and some times you will be in pain, why you never shared your pain with me geet. But now you left us and we r living in the same pain. Its true that my heart will beats for you but now its is beating to know the reason why did this. You have to answer all my questions geet, till then I wont allow you to live in peace, its my promise."

With all these feelings maan scanned all room once again. He went near her desk on which she use to study. The table is full of medical books, he caressed them like he is feeling her. On the other side of table there are 3-4 books which maan is noticing for the first time. He looked at them curiously and took one of the book but its not a book infact its GEET'S PERSONAL DIARY.

He opened the book and saw her beautiful handwriting. He caressed her name.

Its geet's personal diary I never thought that she has this habit. He don't want to read her personal diary and thought of placing the book back to its place but the book slipped from his hand fell down. He bent down to take the diary but he saw his face which is drawn by geet.

He curiously took the book and opened it. he saw his own picture and was shocked to see the words which are written below to his pic.

In London:

Geet who is sleeping in her room got up with a jerk and looked here and there. She touched her cheek she found something wet. She then realized that she is actually having tears. Just then the power went off and the room became pitch dark. Geet got scared and started shivering badly.

She cuddled herself, she hugged her knees tight and tears were continuously rolling down her cheeks, she closed her eyes tight.

"Plz don't beat me, plz its paining. Plz don't beat me I will do whatever you tell. Mujhe bahut dard ho raha hain" cried geet. 😭

"Mama, papa dekhiye yeh log mujhe maar raha hain.."😭 cried geet in her semi-consious state.

Geet is sobbing and begging not to beat her. After some time she fainted taking only one name from her mouch' "MAANJI'"
