A beautiful piece of writing. I love the lines
"But her vocal displeasure was nothing compared to her wail of sorrow when she was given the injection. Maan had felt like a traitor on seeing the tears that had dribbled down the eyes that looked too big on her tiny face."
Although there was no Maaneet, but this part was must for Geet's realization.
