Part 18

Vicky had arrived back to Delhi after his exams. He was only told by Dadima tat Geet had died. He was angry and shocked as well as no one had informed about it but Dadima assured him tat due to his final exams he was not informed. As soon as Vicky stepped inside the KM, he felt as if he there was no life in the mansion. He could feel the strange loneliness in the Mansion that once lived with happiness. He saw here and there but did not find anyone. He had earlier informed about his arrival but no one was there for him. he asked Nakul about them and he informed tat Yash and Naina had gone out and Dadima was in her room. He hurried towards her room only to find her lost he her own world. He softy called her out.

Vicky: Dadima'

Dadima heard his voice and just kept staring but once when she realized tat it was her own Vicky she broke down. The tears which she had hidden from all being strong and rude just came out of her eyes. Vicky came running and took his dadima in his embrace trying to calm down.

Vicky: sshhh dadima.. main hoon.. sab kuch theek hoga.

( dadima ma here.. everything will be ok)

Dadima (crying): sab khatam ho juka hain Vicky. Sab khatam ho juka. Kuch baki nahi hain. humari ek galati ne sab barbaad kiya hain.

Vicky was quite shocked to her tat and did not believe his ears. He thought tat may be dadima was angry tats why she said but her next set of words took the ground away from him.

Dadima told Vicky everything tat Annie, Maan and others did to her. how they treated her for no fault, how thy blamed her and how she was forced to leave her own house leaving everything behind. Just by hearing Vicky was fuming in anger. He could not believe tat his own family did this. Forget about the family the person who claimed to love geet had stoop so low tat he did not even once think wat he was doing. He could not just bear it more and before dadima could speak further he rushed out of her room and as soon as he reached downstairs he saw his parents and Maan behind them. As soon as his eyes met Maan's , Vicky's anger was no where to stop. he did not want to talk to anyone as the mere thought of the truth made him feel disgusted. He turned to leave when he heard Maan calling him.

Maan: Vicky , u did not even inform me tat u are coming. Woh tho acha hain ki Nakul ne mujhe abhi bataya ki tum US se wapas aa gaye ho. But m really not happy as you did not tell be about ur return.

Vicky: jisne kisi ki jaan li hain ushe kis khushi ka ehsaas hoga.

Vicky could not hold himself more and goes to his room. Dadima who had followed him heard the whole conversation and was shocked to know about Annie. She felt more disgusted for having a grand daughter like her. she knew tat Vicky loved Maan very much but the way he came to know about him was unbearable. She also knew tat Vicky admired geet a lot since he met her when he had been to India. He was happy tat geet was able to change Maan and he really loved her probably more than Maan. And the truth tat Maan was himself responsible for geet's death, he was shattered. Dadima thought tat this was not the right time to talk to Vicky so she decided tat she will talk when he will be calm.

The next day dadi took Vicky saying tat she wanted him to meet someone. Vicky though angry went with dadi. Vicky wass shocked when he reached the hospital and more shocked when they were heading to the private room. He also noticed tat the room was secluded in a corner and there were no staff except some two nurses. Dadima slowly took Vicky inside the room and Vicky was shocked to hell by seeing the person lying on the bed lifeless. He could not take his eyes off, one moment he was happy the other moment he was shocked. He voice choked inside and felt as if there were many feeling and emotions inside him. He said softy..

Part 18

Vicky had arrived back to Delhi after his exams. He was only told by Dadima tat Geet had died. He was angry and shocked as well as no one had informed about it but Dadima assured him tat due to his final exams he was not informed. As soon as Vicky stepped inside the KM, he felt as if he there was no life in the mansion. He could feel the strange loneliness in the Mansion that once lived with happiness. He saw here and there but did not find anyone. He had earlier informed about his arrival but no one was there for him. he asked Nakul about them and he informed tat Yash and Naina had gone out and Dadima was in her room. He hurried towards her room only to find her lost he her own world. He softy called her out.

Vicky: Dadima'

Dadima heard his voice and just kept staring but once when she realized tat it was her own Vicky she broke down. The tears which she had hidden from all being strong and rude just came out of her eyes. Vicky came running and took his dadima in his embrace trying to calm down.👏

Vicky: sshhh dadima.. main hoon.. sab kuch theek hoga.

( dadima ma here.. everything will be ok)

Dadima (crying): sab khatam ho juka hain Vicky. Sab khatam ho juka. Kuch baki nahi hain. humari ek galati ne sab barbaad kiya hain.

Vicky was quite shocked to her tat and did not believe his ears. He thought tat may be dadima was angry tats why she said but her next set of words took the ground away from him.

Dadima told Vicky everything tat Annie, Maan and others did to her. how they treated her for no fault, how thy blamed her and how she was forced to leave her own house leaving everything behind. Just by hearing Vicky was fuming in anger. He could not believe tat his own family did this. Forget about the family the person who claimed to love geet had stoop so low tat he did not even once think wat he was doing. He could not just bear it more and before dadima could speak further he rushed out of her room and as soon as he reached downstairs he saw his parents and Maan behind them. As soon as his eyes met Maan's , Vicky's anger was no where to stop. he did not want to talk to anyone as the mere thought of the truth made him feel disgusted. He turned to leave when he heard Maan calling him.

Maan: Vicky , u did not even inform me tat u are coming. Woh tho acha hain ki Nakul ne mujhe abhi bataya ki tum US se wapas aa gaye ho. But m really not happy as you did not tell be about ur return.

Vicky: jisne kisi ki jaan li hain ushe kis khushi ka ehsaas hoga.

Maan moved closer to him to touch his face but Vicky holds his hands and jerks it away from him.

She used to bunk college, stay late night outings, everyday with a new boyfriend and even she used to tell u lies for money. Di was even removed from college and the management had given a bad character certificate to her. I had to literally beg to them not to do tat and also to not tell u about all this. even after this di did not change and I had to tell mom everything. Than mom and I used urs and bro name to fear her and had to send her back as she knew tat if u both come to know about it u will keep her inside the house and she agreed to come back)

Vicky could not hold himself more and goes to his room. Dadima who had followed him heard the whole conversation and was shocked to know about Annie. She felt more disgusted for having a grand daughter like her. she knew tat Vicky loved Maan very much but the way he came to know about him was unbearable. She also knew tat Vicky admired geet a lot since he met her when he had been to India. He was happy tat geet was able to change Maan and he really loved her probably more than Maan. And the truth tat Maan was himself responsible for geet's death, he was shattered. Dadima thought tat this was not the right time to talk to Vicky so she decided tat she will talk when he will be calm.

The next day dadi took Vicky saying tat she wanted him to meet someone. Vicky though angry went with dadi. Vicky wass shocked when he reached the hospital and more shocked when they were heading to the private room. He also noticed tat the room was secluded in a corner and there were no staff except some two nurses. Dadima slowly took Vicky inside the room and Vicky was shocked to hell by seeing the person lying on the bed lifeless. He could not take his eyes off, one moment he was happy the other moment he was shocked. He voice choked inside and felt as if there were many feeling and emotions inside him. He said softy..

Vicky: geet bhabiii'.

Dadima: haan Vicky geet. Aapki bhabi aur batkismaati se khuranna khadan ki bahu.

With this Vicky and dadima left forever. They left the place where they once lived. They broke all the ties only for geet leaving behind a dejected and rejected Maan. Maan knew tat he will have to face this humiliation throughout his life. Yes and why not he did a crime which will never be forgiven. He slowly dragged his meaningless body and life towards his dark life. A life where no one was there. A life which he had to live allalone in lone darkness. He had to pay for his each crime and wait for his death. His life was a cursed life ,a life without his love, a life without his love, a life without his mishti, his geet.
