I think Geet is doing it deliberately to show him how she feel when he ignored her...he tortured her...he insulted her love by bedding different women after marriage...

it is really very painful to see own husband making out with different girls...and at the end he pushed her...a pregnant lady...he always used to tell her that she is having Khurana khandaan waaris not their baby out of love...
