On a serious note the pics r soo beautiful n Gurti's expressions r just too good..no bold scenes but they expressed the passion betn Maaneet so well. I'm getting nostalgic. Even this tabela CON was very beautiful. I know if i said this a yr back the devils would've killed me lol (i would've killed myself) but now i think its also beautiful. The circumstance was wrong but the CON part is beautiful. But i'm still angry with GC for kissing her dress instead on her shoulder/neck..these type of scenes r common even on TV so why feel shy or inhibition? I dont know what was the reason behind kissing on her dress but it should've been avoided by using camera angle where we would see he was kissing on shoulder/neck but in reality he would just get close just like that scene where Maaneet's lips r almost touching☺️ bcoz of camera trick ...i also loved the morning scene when he was looking at sleeping beauty with so much love n affection in his eyes...he was caressing her with his eyes☺️...when she woke up she said she didnt want to live that place n he was teasing her saying what happened here that u dont want to live...☺️...

I like ur idea priya a break of six months then a type of season2 but the prob is the CH would've gone for a revamp by then. Yet it was very much possible to show a season2 in LOK by this the new CH would've got a bunch of existing loyal viewers instead of losing all.
My POV is Geet should've never been an SO show. I dont know what was going on SO's masterminds but there was no point in starting a bunch of new shows when they had plans of shutting down instead they should've given extensions of 6/7 months to MJHT & DMG n repeat old shows to fill empty slots then start new CH. Geet should hv been an SP show from beginning then we could see the original story unfolded which never happened the PH would give it proper interest n care as SP is powerful n they would want to be in its good book. See how 4 something r taking things seriously in case of CC show Gul lady opened an IF ac to share her views with the audience in case of Geet they/she didnt give a damn.

Yes they could have taken a si to eight month break then they could have approach LOK with a season 2 with post marriage track but instead they messed up everything
about geet being on SP I doubt SP viewers would have liked the office track & a working woman as even the CC show had low trps during the office track but it improved when the office track ended its basically more about the type of viewers who watch shows SO was a youth channel so office track was accepted but GECs have homemakers as an audience so they may not like it so its best that geet came on SO

Priya SP viewers might like saas bahu saagas, but GHSP came in SP na definitely GUrti famous hotha tha , honestly speaking GHSP/Gurti deserves much more credit but bcz of poor range of SO, PH n all other issue GHSP went to drain.

I knw Priya that SP shows r more kitchen politics but now they r trying with new things like Sajda its not a saans bahu type. SO was a perfect CH for Geet but it had low reach thats why the low trps. Thats why i was talking about SP the power it has n the pressure it can give on PHs to be serious. Even i dont think the typical SP viewers would've liked Geet. My aunt just lubbs SP shows when Geet was on air i told her umpteenth times to watch it but she didnt like it but frm day 1 she is just glued to the CC show as its made according to the taste of SP viewers. In that case mayb Sony was a better CH for Geet as its a bigger n more powerful CH than LOK.

Actually, I have been thinking lately that the Zee of today, with the new shows they are introducing would have been perfect for the Geet that was originally conceptualised, in the first HP days. All of Zee's new shows are tackling hardcore social issues in smaller towns and rural areas. And they are doing pretty well also, TRP-wise. I just wish that Geet could have been on a channel that worked with the product they were trying to create so they didn't have to compromise the vision so many times.

Actually zee has an advantage it launched with modern shows like hasratein tara campus all these shows showed bold stuff at that time hasratein was bold enough to highlight a live in relationship at that time tara again showed issues like having an affair with a married man so zee will not have a tough time to make its non saas bahu shows popular as in a way its getting back its original flavour
but in case of SP & colours it will take time as they launhed with saas bahu shows
