I feel bad for geet...she could not make out diff. bet love and lust and her actual relation with dev and maan...she is very much in her inner turmoil...which maan knows very well that she is married and loves her husband...she never crosses her limits...it is b'coss of him that she took this step and will be in pain b'coss of him whcih she will never blame maan for that...Its my POV...you tell me if I am correct or wrong

Geet is a girl who has been deprived of love all her life. She never got to see what the love of parents are like. What the love of family is like. what the love of friends is like! she has been alone all her life. and she never complained to her babaji. she only prayed for one thing. Asked for 1 thing! and that was to be loved by someone that in his embrace she could forget everything. . . every single pain and be happy. Feel loved! Feel wanted.

That's why when Dev comes into her life and showers all this unknown love she has never seen before and always craved for, she believe that to be love and became BLIND in it. She became blind in his love. She is scared to let Dev go. Let his love go! that's why her moving on and accepting Maan is so impossible for her. She comes up with a billion other excuses and ends up to believe she is only lusting maan.

The question here is what is love? Geet doesn't understand what it is at all. She just wants it because she has been deprived of it. She doesn't know what it is. She just lets her heart feel and tell her what it is! that's why she feels that her heart is lying to her and has abandoned her. Because her heart is torn between Maan and Dev.

Love is complicated to begin with and when you don't know what love is and just yearn for it than that makes it more complicated. But when your love is blinding you then you just continue to burn in the inner turmoil and confusion even more.

You are exactly right. Maan knows this. He knows how he still hasn't removed the patch of blindness she has over her eyes. He knows that she still loves her husband and is foolishly holding on to him. But he also knows that Geet is falling for him too which is why she surrendered to him to take his pain away.

His anger is their because he hates how she is suffering in pain only and only because of him. She slept with him because of him in order to take his pain away and so now is suffocating in guilt and pain.

Geet has been deprived of every sort of love starting from parents, family, and friends. When Dev came as her Prince Charming she became blind in his love. That was the only love she knew of and she let herself drown in his love. She is scared to let Dev love go. She is scared to let her love go.

that's why she comes up with the excuse that she lusts maan.

She honestly doesn't know what love is. And this SS is mostly her trying to find that answer. But the answer is so hard for her to find because her eyes are clouded by the love she has for Dev. Her love is blind for him and that is making her realize what love is even harder.

You are completely right. we only desire when we love someone in exception of other ppl where the body is the main thing. But Geet is not like that at all.

She is just a girl who wanted to be loved. yearns for love. and she believes that Dev is that person, her lover! which is why she isn't letting go and accepting Maan.

Will she ever realize? well you will have to wait and read to find out.

the whole concept of love being blind is something i relate to completely.

I know what it is like to blindly love someone and its dangers. The feeling of being lost and torn. The feeling of having no control. I just bring it to life through maaneet.
