but here I've a girl who shoots , give repetitive retakes for the same scene that resulted to her slit of hand while shooting in the 1st take itself !!!

Once I heard Hrithik continued practicing dance irrespective of his knee pain , SRK continued shooting for Duplicate whilst his stomach got bruised and cut by the abrasive corset he wore for the scene (where he acted like a female) and Mr. Amitabh Bachchan continued shooting still after he got badly injured in stomach for the film Coolie .

Not drawing comparisons but exemplifying few people who define Perfection and Professionalism to core !

I guess I can add Drashti's name safely to this list also

Since u r adding examples of professional actors who continued their shooting even after getting hurt so I thought of adding one more example which I think u forgot! Example of DD's co-star GC who burnt his chest but continued shooting for his movie, who was sick but shot his scenes from his home, who got hurt doing stunt for a fight sequence in GHSP but styll continued shooting, who dislocated his shoulder while shooting but styll continued shooting. So, i think his name should be added in that list too. No??
