I think we should not doubt his flying abilities, he mentioned he wants to fly away with Geet and to prove that he flew to the top of a building and talked to MSK 🤣

Since we now have a Maaneet-centred story, I am tempted to take yet another shot at the logic.

When Geet discovered Preeto was unconscious and decided to call for help, she headed upstairs to her bedroom where she had left her mobile. I remember wondering then about what had happened to the landlines at Khurana Mansion (Grandma always used to answer the landline). Oh well, she probably forgot about it amidst the stalker-generated fear. And, I don't blame her for that.

Wouldn't it have made more sense for MSK to have called the Commissioner and asked him to find out what his guards had to report about the developments at Khurana Mansion or despatch some more cops to the Khurana Mansion? Oh well, he was probably too worried.

But, once he had Geet on the telephone, shouldn't Geet and Maan have both ensured that their line of communication was open? Of course, Geet need not have spoken to Maan, lest she give away her hiding place. But, he could have continued to speak to her. Mrs and Mr Khurana, this is not one of those appropriate moments at which you decide to save on your telephone bills.
