You have to click the insert image button on top of the message area. It is next to the confused happy-face, like this 😕.

ok lets start ig you have a pic like the one below

you go and right click on the picture and you will get get an option copy and so forth, select the option "copy URL of image"

then go to your post and click on the icon which has mountain, its on left to the smiley icon and then go to the space and paste your link and press preview and then ok
