i like the idea... it would be easier to keep up with the FFs.

Instead of having a thread everyday, you could probably just have one thread with "FF updates" and then keep editing the link of the FFs last update so it would be easier for anyone to find the thread itself... you know there are so many new threads created everytime you refresh the first page. so this way, its only one thread to keep up with instead of a different one everyday!! i hope that makes sense and it helps!

i have already posted saying I love the idea but then I read someone saying let's have one thread and not a new one evryday. I think we can combine both.

Have one thread with one post for each alphabet in an alphabetical order like in the index thread but with common id. Writers can add their FFs link like an index. Whenever they update, they go to their respective post and update the link and mention part# and Date updated.

That way there can be a clean index and updates in one go. It will help writers as they have to just update the link, part# and date. It will help readers as not only will they get a clean index they can also know newly added FFs and FFs which are being updated regularly.
